Im very frustrated when I write this review.... Based on my relatives experience with RIF Trust (which I had recommended from the beginning), they have lost a lot due to long delays and wrong promises. I strongly advice who reads this to stay away from them, dont waste your money and your dreams with them ESPECIALLY THE IRAQI CITIZENS!It is not the only case.... there are multi cases with same mess!

After contacting a few different service providers I came across RIF Trust. They were quick to respond to my questions and provided me with a few options. Once we signed they were great in building our application. They made it quick and easy. Me and my family have now received our passports and will be using them soon. I highly recommend RIF for their professionalism and high quality service.

I had a very bad experience with RIF Trust, I applied for saint kitts & Nevis citizenship with them and they promised me that the would finish the whole procedure within 6 months, but instead, they took more than 10 months to tell me that your documents are not enough to get the citizenship, dont you think that they should have told me that from the beginning, I think they are very unprofessional in their job, I do not advice anybody to do business with them!!!

I would like to share my experience with RIF trust, I think they have a very poor quality in dealing with their customers, they promised me to get my passport back within 6 months, they took all the money for that, but it has been 1.5 years and still did not get my passport back!!

I signed up with this company after comparing few options in the market and putting my trust to their promissory words that I will be treated with high standard of customer service and that the company is well versed with all the procedures.Following my sign up and making the payment, the sales person vanished from the picture becoming unreachable. The process that was explained to me was incorrect, resulting in a 2-month delay on my application.There is no update from them whatsoever on the application until I chase them myself for one. After 4 months of submission (which is excluding the initial 2-month delay) there is no firm answer till date and now they are saying that we cannot give you any timeframe.Now after one year on this route, they still continue to take their customers for a ride and lack respect for them after inviting them to their office.Based on my experience, I will not recommend this company to anyone. One of the worst experience I may have gone through with a company in Dubai.
