This review is 2 years late, but better late than never.Do NOT use these guys as your immigration consultants. I rarely leave a negative review for a business, but these guys are so egregiously terrible that I feel potential customers should be aware of what theyre getting into.I applied for Canadian PR for my wife and I back in 2017. Im going to skip over the numerous mistakes they made while filling out my application that I had to correct during review.The consultant who was handling my case left this company and I was assured that someone is monitoring his email, and theyll let us know once we get our Express Entry PR approval.My wife and I waited for 9 months, and still no word. The Immigration Office kept telling us they havent received any updates from Canadian Immigration. So finally, in June 2018 I got in touch with Canadian Immigration directly, and they got back saying they sent my confirmation of PR back in Feb 2018!The Immigration Office in their supreme incompetence didnt check their mail - and though we got our approval 5 months ago, we were never informed! I had less than a month to make my landing in Canada - which I managed, no thanks to these Immigration Office clowns.I never told them I received my confirmation of PR, and they havent bothered with my application and have left it in limbo - no follow up, nothing. They dont even know Ive left Dubai and Im now in Canada, no thanks to them.All in all, the Immigration Office is terrible and extremely unprofessional. I would highly recommend you find someone else. If youre already signed up with them, I suggest you take control of your accounts and redirect all communications to your personal email ids.

Simply useless, they just want you to pay a fee and later on tell you no new information than what is on an immigration website or on google. I paid over a year ago and they have failed to share any update or send an email or anything1

Great service! We started our application on our own and then decided to check some details that we werent sure about. We got lucky with choosing this office since they helped us clean our file before submitting it. Oana was professional and very responsive.. she supported us until the last day and was of a great help recommending the best options we have. I had filed my papers with the immigration office after a debacle with WWICS and the agents at the time were not honest with their assessments and points with regard to skilled migration. Its been more than three years and each time we phone up they have some random person give random excuses. Each time I call up I have a random case officer who is oblivious to our case .. Sanoj, Nirali, Erika, Feha .. These people should have their licenses revoked !

I would like to compliment the professional services offered by Oana, Georgiana, Anne and the team. One big plus of this agency is that they offer language preparation services/courses. I used them both for the IELTS and TEF preparation. I was more than satisfied with the level of proficiency of both trainers and with my results respectively. My PR application is so far still under the process, and I hope for a positive outcome. So far, I can only recommend them.

This is coming almost 2-3 years late and I had to share my experience with the world. They are terrible in customer service, client management and a complete failure when it comes to assessment. They did wrong assessment of my case, made me fool for 2 years, taken all the payment upfront with stories initially and later every month new consultant being arranged and the key person Oana who took my assessment never bothered to revert to me or talk to me or look into my case. It was a horrible experience wasted so much money and the people i referred (my mistake based upon their 1st week of treatment) almost everyone had the same issue. My biggest regret to work with them and they are not professional at all...

Extremely poor experience with the company. Wasted 2 years till now and all money is taken upfront with no results. Please do not trust them and waste your time and money. The cases officers change every now for Canada migration and then and there is no consistency on your case file and no follow up for any updates on your case. Wasted so much time effort and money with no results.

TIO has been very supportive and professional in handling our application.
