Made mistakes in typing passport number for which I had to pay again to have it fixed

Worst service ever received!!!!!!!Three times went to update the missing documents, if they don’t know to upload the correct documents, what service they’re giving......at the end I need to reach emigration to follow further , If you pay by card extra service charge need to pay also , Better go to some experienced typing center they know the job well , don’t waste your time

This is the best center for getting your Family Visa.I had a very hassle free experience while getting my Family Visa done and the whole process was very smooth and fast.All the staff are very cooperative but a special mention for Ms Wafa Ahmed who is very customer focused and ready to help with a smile..I would recommend this center for getting your Family Visa.

Never receive as if all of them are busy which is wrong, they have 17 counters but only three counters are working and the rest are having tea and enjoy their life outside, need at least 2-3 hours for any transaction you have

Waited for more than half an hour for my token number to be called. Specially when there were just few people and with 14-16 staff members assisting for more than 24 counters.The place is good with many counters and with good ambience and waiting section. Parking is also available.

This branch is located in the Muhaisnah 4, near the St. Marys Catholic High School. I have received an excellent service from the staffs especially from the reception. They are very helpful and really pleasing. Processed my application within a limited time. They earn a lot of respect. Really impressive. You can find this branch very easily and parking is not at all a problem because so much of open spaces are available nearby. One or two counter staffs are really pathetic. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Visited Saturday, typing staff was extremely slow, already collected lot of documents for typing, token system was not working for typing area and waiting from almost two hours. Staff at typing side don’t have professional attitude and need lot of training.
