I am very disappointed because we were served in cardboard glasses on the spot. on the spot it is not to take away. for me it is a mistake.my wife order a coffee Affogato and there are a big différence between the official picture and the reality.please use a Real glass and not a glass for take away.----😡😡😡

The place is nice and easy to find. Amanda, the Haagen Dazs host, was very attentive and friendly. She made my little daughter very happy. Such staff I personally consider as an added value to the place. Thank you Amanda. Youve made my day 😘😍

The store is located inside the food court, on the second floor of mercato mall on Jumeirah beach road, ice cream is really good and rich, you will love it if you like creamy ice cream. The only thing that i don’t like is the table service its slow and makes me hates the experience !!!

Good quality ice cream experience. It comes at a premium though. Has a decent seating area and helpful staff. Brownie which came as part of dessert we ordered is of best quality and taste, of all brownies I tasted so far.

Been to this branch quiet a few times, for the ice creams and the fondue, that fondue, is to die for, like seriously!Located at the Palm Strip Mall, right at the beginning of Jumeirah beach road, its something you cant miss. Plenty of parking spaces outside, and theres also a basement parking (avoid if possible, its quiet tricky, specially if you drive a big car).Weve had the chocolate fondue, warm milk chocolate; served with cookies, brownies, ice cream and fruits, all of which are amazing by themselves but get even better with the milk chocolate.Weve also tried a few other dessert options there, and honestly, loved them all, never ceases to disappoint.A bit on the pricier end, but its all worth it for the quality and taste of the desserts.

Mind blowing ...the icecreams the shakes ...the waffles everything is yummy ..a must try for every one who loves desserts and icecreams specifically. ...over all a 4 star to the yummiest icecream.
