Great ice cream but the service is slow and thats when they arent even busy. Not great on value for money as an experience

For me, number one brand for super delicious and yummy Icecream. Very often I am visiting here with my family and enjoying Icecream and Milkshakes including Belgian Chocolate, Strawberry and Mango. Staff members are courteous and helpful. Overall great experience.

Best ice cream can be eaten here, the red raspberry is outstanding, waffle is tasty. Sitting area is small and tight, though chairs are not large or comfy

Bad service, advice, pay attention to prices and invoices, they have price manipulation, the companys customer service does not respond to a complaint, are uninterested in customers, and are rude to the cashier when faced with price manipulation.

The milk shake was tasteless. The ice cream is ok but not too many flavors. The price and the taste is not matching. The team not well coordinated.

I had come to spend a pleasant time with my 2 children and I fell on a catastrophic moment! non-existent seller, not polite, disgusting ice cream ..... I wont go any more! unacceptable

Very bas customer service!! I came to buy an ice cream and stood infron of two ladies at the cashier, none of them bothered to even look at me!!! I stood there for like 10 minutes for nothing!! And whenever i tell them i need to order they tell me one second! Like come on!! Is it this difficult for you guys to serve one scoop of ice cream?? Please learn that a place without a pleasant customer service is worthless!! I dont recommend this place to anybody..

This is by the far the best Ice cream place i have come across no matter what the country is. My number one favorite is the Belgian chocolate but Cookies and Cream and Cookie Dough are close second. There chocolate Euphoria Ball is absolutely amazing and there Paradise is just as heavenly. Some of their staff needs improvement in their people skills and attitude. Also the last time they didnt ask us for the ice cream flavors we would like to have in our paradise of Chocolate Euphoria Ball.Recommendations: Would highly recommend.

Fantastic hot brownie and vanilla ice cream, it was to die for.

My most favourite ice cream in the whole world. Once you have their ice creams Im sure youll never like any other brand more than it. If youre a group then its better to order royal fondue. My all time favourite is flower blossom. Their drink are also yummy. You can also try their cakes for special occasions.

DISAPPOINTED. I wish this review can reach to the main company, Long time before it was nice to go in any branch to take a nice coffee and scope of ice cream, BUT now I can try any more to go or recommended to anyone. Unprofessional stuff, not only in this brunch.. (so bad).

Very bad shop,The service is very bad and the food not fresh and the smell of crepe requests with ice cream for the child Unfortunately the crepe arrived cold and not fresh and smell bad because it is old and the employee did not make crepe at the same time because he brought him from the kitchen quickly. I would not recommend this shop ever so bad shop in mirdif city center.

I just ordered an ice cream through the app (talabat) and wrote a note please bring change for AED 500 as I do not have small bill. After driver arrived he called me to inform me of his arrival. I asked him if heve got the change with him. He said no. I told him that I wrote a note on the app whilst making the order. He raised his voice against me and hanged up!!! So unprofessional behaviour honestly I do not recommend the app people can alternatively use carriage. Bad experience

The sparkling floats is disgusting, the soda is extremely bitter, the employees are rude, incompetent and seems lost.
