Coldstone has hands down been one of the best ice cream parlours out there for years now and they are currently launching a whole new range of flavours that you might absolutely crave for🤤. Currently their flavour for the month is the pistachio flavour which is absolutely top notch. Along with this they also have very unique new flavours like the lotus ice cream, cookie dough and many more🍦. Although their ice-creams might be very good, I personally do feel that their main USP lays in the mixtures that they do create for really affordable prices. In this the compile different flavours with brownies, gummies and various other sprinkles and chocolates which make give a very out of the box flavour that no other ice-cream parlour provides💯💯. It was a good experience there, we went very late but the staff cooperated so well that i can still remember her smiling face. she changed the topping for me by making the whole ice cream cup again that too with positive vibe.

Very bad experience from the short salesman. the short one have given me the ice cream. I ask him to mix the topping. he paor ice cream from the cup and put the ice cream back in it. never experience such kind disgusting service from cold stone.

Product is great! Yet, if the staff is not acting professional, the whole experience will get marks..i did on purpose place an order 5 days ahead to reserve two different type of cake. Surprisingly, i got only one of the ordered type!!! The staff did do the required reservation, so I had to compromise and another kind which my daughter sad on her birthday...moreover, one of the staff members was trying to convince by spreading untrue version by saying that the type I wanted is not on menü! So l left with other chance rather then showing him/them the cake i wanted on their web site displayed and offered...

Cold stone Is one of my favourite restaurants in dubai for ice cream and shakes what more theyve introduced the new flavour of the month kunafa now for Ramadan, you can enjoy kunafa icecream, milkshakes and cake even thou the shake was a bit tad too much I didnt like the kunafa milkshake but the icecream was an absolute delight, would definitely be recommend

Excellent ice cream cakes and smoothies. Its always my first choice when it comes to ice creams cakes. Their trinity and strawberry smoothie are also excellent. My recommendation for cakes are strawberry passion and midnight delight. They also have some sorbets worthing trying. They also provide you a polar bag if to keep the ice cream cakes preserved.
