What a fantastic and life-changing experience! Following a series of devastating events in my life that left me anxious, depressed, and totally adrift I turned to Fiona. Over a number sessions over 6 weeks she provided empathy, support, and guidance, which not only brought me stability and focus but also equipped me with the tools to move forward on my own. She revealed patterns of behaviour, forged in early childhood, that have held me back and provided techniques to help break self-defeating and deleterious responses. I do think of myself as a person who is aware and conscious of my past and how it affected me, but doing this session with Fiona, allowed me to revisit parts of it and understand that lots if my anxiety and feelings were because i relived moments but didnt face them and forgive them to start meeting and getting to know my present self. I have been learning so much about my present self and my anxiety has reduced significantly. Fiona is understanding, warm and i highly recommend her!
