The Koona team have not only been extremely responsive in the case of any emergency maintenance work in the villa, they also contact us regularly for regular AC cleaning, drain cleaning, water tank cleaning etc so provide what I classify as a real maintenance service not just a repair service. The team are highly professional and friendly. I have been in Dubai for 20 years I can say without a doubt that Koona are the best maintenance company we have had. Highly recommend!

Very bad and overrated.I had one year contract. Whenever AC breaks down they just replace the compressor charging me twice the real price and give no guarantee on replacement parts. The ACs kept breaking down and a year later I ended up changing all the compressors they installed. They just care to charge you more money with really fixing the real issues. I don’t recommend them at all. Many decent companies are out there

A very professional team who sorted out my dodgy AC and did a full clean of the AC system. Very responsive/cleaned up after themselves/arrived on time. I have taken a house maintenance contract with them as a result of the great job they did.

Home maintenance woes? Koona is your one stop shop for all things to be repaired in your home. Top marks to these people for sorting out my many issues rapidly, professionally and cost - effectively. Great team!

Have used Koona for my annual maintenance and couldnt be happier. A good family business

Not over the top service as assumed to be. They have very little staff and not will trained. I had serveral issues which are considered emergency in any contract that have not been delt with properly , unfortunatly not up to any type of emergency service. Had them for water emergency which was mishandled and we were kept till after 1 am and no progress. Had an AC emergency called them 6:30pm , they said we only have full AC failure. Had a power emergency where sockets were not working upstairs however device was ok, they took the device ignored the real issue in the socket and havent been fixed till now.
