One of the worst services i have ever had ! Lies , manipulation. I called searching for a nanny The agent lied to me about the accommodation of the nannies they said they stay with company facilities and that its aafe as it was the lock down period at the time but i was shocked to discover the nanny don’t live with in their accommodation, nanny dont have any experience with kids, and what was worse that she stayed with me through the lock down for 3 month and once the lock down and i could process with her papers they discovered she has hepatitis B Which thank god didnt effect my 6 month baby! I had to buy her a ticket and let her leave the country and all my money went to waste for her papers . The office dont ask for the nannies criminal records they dont care if they are sick or not they dont care and once i talked to them and asked for a refund they refused they said my garuntee was over by 3 days and after a long argument they agreed to give me another nanny what was funny is i have rules to my house and i tell it to the agent for them to find the right nanny i need a nanny who can work with no days off because im a working mom and they said they will find me someone who agrees to that ! Once the new nanny came she stayed for 5 days and then came to tell me she wants a day off ! Which i was surprised that the agent didnt tell her and i had to let her go ! They took my money , wasted my time and wasted my money and until now they didnt refund my money or even found a replacement nanny ! But to be honest i dont want any workers from their side its un safe ! And it was such a shame i took their services

Be aware this is not an licensed agency!! They are not willing to refund my money back and I have raised a complaint to the ministry of human resource and emiratisation

They don’t filter staff at all, I took 2 staff back to back. One as a nanny and the other as a house keeper. Nanny turned out to have hearing issue and couldn’t hear properly.The house keeper turned out to have a cyst which she disclosed it with the agency but was told to keep quite (because was small and nothing to bother telling client). That cyst grew huge and when I called the agency they told me the warranty period is over and that they can’t do anything about it.Imagine loosing agency fee x2 and visa cost x2.Someone should really think and do all back ground checks before jumping into it.This agency don’t co operate and will never refund anything. Terrible service and I have been cheated badly.

I didn’t have good experience with one girl. Lazy and uncaring at times , mean at times not answering. I wonder why these ladies come to work. Another one decided to leave before her contract is finished because her son was promoted... I really wish I had better experience. But those 2 ladies were the worst I ever had so far

We hired a European Nanny and Chauffeur from Savoir Vivre while passing through the UAE and then travelling around Europe. We were so impressed with the quality of the personnel that was supplied; both carried out their duties to such a high level of professionalism and it was clearly evident that they both had a wealth of experience in their respective fields. I can highly recommend this Domestic Agency and will certainly contact them again when the time calls and we require support from the best in the business.

We have used Savoir Vivre to hire a nanny. Honestly have tried many agencies and tried doing ourselves. We think that their approach is very human and they desire the best for the two because was obvious due to their care. They have worked on the search about three weeks when we found our lovely nanny. We highly recommend and writing this as a honest feedback of plenty wrongful experiences we had. This is a terrible company, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM! I was required for an interview that was postponed and I found out about it because I called to follow up... insane. Actually if there is rating of (-10) ill put for this unprofessional agency .because of their poor customer service and response :they recommend a housemaid for me and my family -we agreed about all their terms and conditions ..when the maid arrived asked us before saying Hi Sir/Mdm am I the only maid in this house !! another family returned me from Abu Dhabi cuz I cant work also , after spending less than 10days , drama drama and she was proudly saying that her previous employer as well in Saudi returned her after a year ,, what shall we say you dont do the right screen and filtration to send the right workers to your clients and all over their Admin Michelle was not responding on our phone calls at all .Not recommended at all as you will be wasting time and money on ppl they want to play not to work and their agency is supporting them .

Our time spent in the UAE was made a whole lot better with the assistance provided by Savoir Vivre; we hired a Chef, a European Nanny and a Chauffeur all of whom were very professional & dependable. We paid a huge amount to Savoir Vivre to get 2 philipinas. But after we did them their first year residency, they started making problems. We contacted Savoir Vivre, but had not good follow up and support. Till the 2 philipinas refuses to work after 8 month of contract, and wanted to go back to their agency but agency refused to help so they ended up both running away from our home this Bew Year Eve 2017/2018. Am stuck alone with 3 kids and no help and lost all the agency money, insurance, visa, and residency money for 2 philipinas.

The worst agency I ever dealt with in Dubai , my friend recommended them before her two maids who provided her with ran away after 4 months of issuing their residency visas for them , anyhow they sent me a maid for a trial 3 days she stole my Chanel earrings but for her bad luck those earring are accessories not fine jewelry and when we report it to their office they just defined her and been too rude with us
