Went to attend a walk-in interview. It was mentioned in the advertisement as *Free Recruitment*. But as soon as I walked in, the receptionist asked me 30 Dirhams as registration free. If we pay the fee then only we can meet the recruiter and then they will be charging us further for the process. The further processing fee will be informed by the recruiting HR.I asked them why it was mentioned as Free Recruitment in the ad. The receptionist answered in an arrogant manner, we will post like that only. We cannot place ad saying 30 Dirhams will be registration fee and further fees will applyIf they they want to charge they can... But Whats the need for the clause in the ad saying free recruitment. If they had not mentioned that I wouldnt have wasted my time going there to attend the interview. This is one of the tricks they are playing on the job seekers.**Important***I think all these good reviews are posted by their own from these job seekers profiles. You can see all those reviewers havent ever reviewed for anything. These are their first reviews. 🤣🤣👌🏼👌🏼

Poor Management , they will just take 30 AED per person for registration and after that no response of our mails and Calls , This is not a big amount per person but dont know how many people like me go there per day.

I’m confused. What ratings to give them. 5* or or 1*. I got a job through them (So 5*), but I had to wait for nearly 1 month to get the job and that too after 2 rejected interviews (So 1*).I came to Dubai on February 2020. A great time to come in. Right? Everything was shut down and I cam to Act By Track on 3rd week of July. I paid 30AED in the reception. That amount is OK for me as long as I’m getting a job.I was assessed by Mr. Nidhish and I attended the first interview (A facility management company) next week, No reply (Rejected, I guess) Again I got an interview few days after and again did not get selected. And at last, I attended and got selected in my final interview on last week of July. I joined my company on August.I am grateful to Act By Track that I got a job through them. But again, I paid my consultation fee (I really struggled with my day today expense during that shutdown). So, I have a mixed feeling about Act By Track. So I’m giving a review of 4 star. 1 less star for my consultation fee.

I think the government have to close some of these consultancies. Why take 30aed from people when they will not do their job. That is a whole futune to someone that has not been working. In additional to that they asked for 2500aed. Real, consultants always negotiate with the recruitment company to pay them not the candidates. I need a refund of my 30aed they will respond to you promptly when they have not collect money, immediately they collect, they will never see your email again

A simple question to the person who is replying here to those review who have given 1 star. After reading most of your replies, just a question, why you guys dont provide registration fee receipt when it is been asked? Is there any fear of providing that 30 Aed receipt which you guys ask as registration fee.

This is a fraud company.I gave an interview for the reception in this company and also I was selected but mr nidish he said there is a training period of 5 days without salary and after that he will let me know .I said ok I will do and after 5 days I asked him to tell me whether I want to come next day or not he said he will call me but he didnt called me.everyday he give me excuses and I worked for them 13 days .After 13 days of work there is one staff name mr nifit he told me do not come from tomorrow there is some checking going on our office so will call you.But after that I didnt get any call I also called them but they switched off their phone and I went to their office but office was closed.Fraud peoplethey loot peoples money and taking fraud interviews and get them people working for free and after that run away for a month.after coming to UAE dis is my first dirty experience and these people wasted my time .

My friend went there as he thought they were a company actually looking to hire staff. When he got there it turned out to be an agency, which was fine, but then they asked for 30aed to register! Then another 10aed for a form of some sort! He paid the 30aed for registration as he didnt know this is NOT the way an agency is supposed to work... all agencies get paid by the employer and NOT the job seeker... this is outrageous business practice as they are extorting money from people who are jobless and have little money... so instead of my friend being able to eat, he paid! How do these people live with themselves? Have they no conscience? He was sent immediately to 1 interview but never heard from them again...I will be heading to their offices to reclaim the 30aed if they havent found him anymore interviews within the next week. He doesnt need to be registered with them since they do nothing for the money anyway!... disgusting way to treat people!In response to your reply below, since there is no way to respond other than to edit my original post, he is very proactive at finding a job and is searching, applying and emailing companies direct on a daily basis. Since you have no idea who my friend is, you cannot say that he is incapable of working without help! Thats just a ridiculous assumption to make! He has 8 years experience in his field and is an excellent candidate for a job in his industry. He will definitely be along to reclaim his 30aed. You clearly are the ones that need help doing what you do, since you have been unable to fulfill your side of things... perhaps you should consider a career change!

There was an interview for Electrical Engineer post and at the time of the interview we got to know that it was Just for MEP technician and they took only Engineers for that post. And the worst part was that they wont even give us Electrician Visa, it will be a PAINTER visa.. Dont degrade the Engineers in this manner... Worst experience ever. And dont register in this consultancy thinking that they will call you when there is an opening. They dont even have a database, they will just right down your name on a book without even mentioning your degree/designation.

There is lots miscommunication which I have faced ..no proper coordinationThey had posted an adv. On indeed where in they had not mentioned that they are consultancy..If we go over they will ask for 25 AED for registration and they will asks us to leave for the day saying they will arrange an interview in few daysBut its been 20 days since I have made an registration I have not received any call or email from there end..

They just send you email that you are selected for this Post, but when you will go there they will charge you 30 AED just for registration and will tell you a story to conduct your interview to the Client Companies, after that they will not respond you on Email , Phone etc.. In simple Scam dont go there.
