I was in a huge panic when moving out of my apartment, the initial maids / cleaners i booked didnt turn up and the apartment of 1600sqft had to be cleaned and handed over within a few hours. I was referred MI Maids, they turned up on time at such short notice, and just got straight into the deep cleaning. Mi cleaners were thorough, they were efficient, they were professional, they did exactly as told and beyond and are the best I have experienced. Trusted cleaners, doing a high standard clean.

I INVITE YOU NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY REALLY!!.. I booked my appointment more than a week ago with a customer service called Owen, a day before they tell me that the worker will not come to my house because she needs to give another client my appointment. that lack of seriousness in this company ???. Time is worth more than money. The first appointments sent me workers who did not know how to do their job well and gave them more than one opportunity. but this shows, the lack of professionalism in the company.

MI MAIDS has the worst customer service we have ever experienced in Dubai. Weve had the same cleaner come for the past 6 years and last week the management of the company changed and they just didnt send a cleaner and didnt take the time to inform us of the change. Not a single call or e-mail after being a regular client for 6 years. After many calls to the company requesting to have the same cleaner come back they said it was impossible, didnt event apologies or send someone new or try to fix things. I wish good luck to all the ladies working there because if the company is so bad with their customer I cannot imagine how they treat their staff.

The staff are hardly experienced. Though they arrive on time, the work is incomplete and patchy. On one of the very rare days I got an experienced cleaner, she decided not to come in suddenly. They do not let you know if your cleaner is not coming and u just sit there wondering when they will arrive.

I have been using Mimaids services for last 2 years. Since the beginning I have been getting the same maid, Melba, every week (except if we are on holiday). She knew exactly what she needs to do and after a while, we did not have to explain anything to her. She was always on time (sometimes early even), learnt quickly how our routines work etc.One time when our maid was on vacation we had a different maid and were not happy with the result. One of mimaids supervisors assist us on the case, they provided us a free cleaning to compensate. They went above and beyond to make us happy.I have been recommending them all my friends and when I saw the horrible review while trying to find their number on Google, it just broke my heart.I certainly recommend them rate them 10 start out of 5 ;)

Coordination of personnel in the company is very weak , My Todays schedule completely ruined because of their poor planning , they changed cleaning time of my house many times, when i want to talk with their manager there is no manager and There are so many other problems with this company.

The cleaners dont show up and they dont tell you on time. We had to call them 3 times this months to find out why nobody was coming. Very unprofessional. And the ladies on the phone are the worst.
