One of the best properties in Barsha Heights. The building manager Lisa is extremely diligent and receptive should you have any issues and will solve it extremely soon. Nice Lebanese restaurant on the ground floor. Value for money but what makes it special is the way new management resolves old outstanding issues of the tenants.

Had an outstanding experience with the new management of this building. The staff is absolutely friendly and very helpful in solving the issues, if there are any. The maintenance is top notch, anything you want to fix, they are just a phone call away, plus recently they have partnered up with happy tenant app, so you can submit any of your request on that app. When I was moving out, it took only 2 weeks to get the security deposit back, so I’m very grateful for the service and their massive support.

Luxurious apartments, used to be a hotel before but now it’s residence. However the prices are high compared to similar places in the area. They can do better. But the place inside is gorgeous! It’s all white and beautiful. But still, pricing needs work!

Convenient residential place, easy access to metro and other means of transportation. Management Team Ornalisa and Jessalyn were very accommodating and knowledgeable of the property. They’re helpful to us that’s why we made the right choice to stay here.

Despite the fact that my stay here has not yet exceeded a month it has quickly felt like home to me due the welcoming staff and management that have been nothing but short of accommodating and hospitable. For instance, one employee in particular, Ornalisa, made sure to renovate my apartment not once, but three times to my liking rather than complain about it. Additionally, she made sure my apartment’s furniture was properly cleaned. She, along with the new management, are the epitome of a change for the better. Their hard work and initiative has definitely impressed me and for that they are deserving of 5 stars.

I’ve never seen an exceptional management service from any flats that I rented here in dubai , only here in Boutique 7 Bldg. Residence. Since I moved in here, I felt complete comfort in terms of location which is very accessible to everything and most especially how the management assisted their tenants with any queries and issues with their flats, payments etc. Recently we have an issue on the water supply and so we reported to the management and took an immediate action. Shout out to the maintenance team who took an immediate action on our problems. I am very happy for the service with the help of the admin group headed by Ms. Ornalisa and Jessalyn. Keep doing a great service and a great job!! Kudos to these lovely ladies!

The management is very helpful. They assured that the whole process from property viewing to actual transfer is smooth and less hassle. The Happy Tenant app is also very helpful and very informative.

I’ve lived there for 6 months, Great location and 3 mins away from the metro. Supermarket, ladies hair salon and a restaurant are all in the same building. At first it was a struggle dealing with the maintenance however the new management made it a lot easier for tenants and always trying their best to satisfy them. Special thanks to Ornalisa who manages everything in the right way. Went to her for a couple of issues and she handled it in a perfect way. Will definitely consider living in boutique 7 again in future.

Lived in this hotel apartments for almost two years. Units are contemporarily designed and furnished. Location is amazing as its literally 3 mins walk to Dubai internet City Metro. Theres also a bus stop few meters away. The buildings New manager, Ornalisa, is kind, patient, always willing to assist and innovative (implemented a support application to make requests). The ground staff are also friendly.

Been living here for almost a year now. The property is amazing. There were some maintenance hiccups but seems now the management is taking up tasks on priority and keeping the tenants wishes in mind. I hope so this continues in the future. Apart from that I have had no issues living here. Its conveniently located at a fair price.

I stayed here for one year . When I was leaving they promised to give my security deposit . It’s been a month and all I’m hearing is that the authorized signatory isn’t around to sign the cheque. It’s been same story since . Please don’t stay here . The staff is rude and unprofessional. They scream at you on the phone . The Filipinos are so rude . I really need my money and don’t know what to do

I lived in boutique 7 hotel apartments for 6 months. Ornalisa and garrith were very helpful and understanding for every issue that I faced. Especially Ornalisa was very responsive and supportive for all my requirements.The building is at a good location, 2 minutes from metro with grocery shop in the premises itself which makes life very convenient. The staff was also extremely helpful.

Travelers stay is not like the way they display on booking websites as staff is so so attentive and maintenance is quite lazy. Some of the rooms they give you is not even having windows so quite boxy feel you will have. Also they will not refund you the money of you advance pay and want to leave early.

Nice neighbourhood to stay in. The metro (Dubai Internet city MS) is just 3 minutes walk using the shortcut. The area have a few restaurants which are a bit expensive but some Indian places are affordable with quiet good food.

This place is lovely to stay at, it is in a great location, not too far from the metro really, and it has duplex apartments.I stayed for one night in a two bedroom duplex apartment, it was a last minute booking, they handled it pretty well and I got a good price for it.The only issues faced were that the club downstairs was too loud and it was blocking entry to the hotel valet.& that no visitors rule, not that we tried, but I saw people canceling in front of me because of that rule.Overall its a nice place to stay for a day or two, not more.

Nice hotel. Cosy indoor swiming pool. And 24/7 store open withing the building. Very convenient. The location is great. 5 mints away from metro. Loved my stay here. And the room was so spacious. I stayed in a studio and it was a lil home. Not for a mint I felt like I didnt have space or I was in one room. It felt like a whole home. Really thumps up.

Edit: This review is regarding my stay from 2017-2018.__________________________Tried to pull my security deposit saying that I hadnt paid chiller fees. When I asked for consumption reports/bills, they had none but still refused to return my security deposit.Luckily for me, I work in facility management and knew that they didnt have a district cooling system, just water cooled chillers that individual apartment residents pay for through their electricity consumption/DEWA bills. So I took them and Deyaar (the property manager) to the Dubai Rental Dispute Center. And won. Got my money back, including legal fees.Unfortunately, Ive heard that they have pulled this on a number of unsuspecting residents who werent aware that buildings that come with water cooled chillers dont have a separate chiller bill (just like you dont have a separate bill for maintenance of an elevator) and paid without knowing their rights. Advice to residents: read your contracts and learn a bit about consumer rights in the UAE. The rental dispute center was very helpful! If youre paying for a metered service, youre entitled to consumption reports and actual invoices, similar to those you get from DEWA.

As i came to basement club, the driver with a name tag KAWALJIT gave me a valet ticket, i ask do i need a stamp? he said is the parking fee is AED 100 which i paid.then i ask my friends at the end of the nightlife how much did you pay for valet because is pretty high... they said nothing, only then i realize the parking is free.

The hotel I lived in for 5 days, and I wish I had been deceived by the pictures, by God, unfortunately, a hotel that we passed a junk. By God, they renewed the bedding, they changed it for me every day. I have to get blood stains. I would like to live in it, my Lord, if I live in it, if I live in a sheep, you can say, “What is this dirty place.”

I was worried about the cleaning and the stain of the carpet, and I regretted it, but I became less anxious about it. Friendly staff and a modern and Islamic interior (call me a taxi or teach me how to use a shower). Fresh orange juice was also delicious. Expected to repair. I wish I could tell you how the sound of the television comes out. I wanted to live as it is.

Relatively affordable hotel close to the Metro and Marina / JBR. The rooms are clean and the staff are kind. When I was in January, it was just an à la carte breakfast and the bar on the ground floor was closed. The swimming pool is not something special, although it is also a steam bath and a sauna.
