Always a great experience. I had been using tadbeer for 3 years now and i must say all staffs are professional and friendly. The staffs are so efficient that they make the whole process smooth and easy for me.Thats why i go back to them each year. Definitely rate them 5star for the excellent service they provide.

4 months that Im trying to get 2000aed deposit refund.... 4 months that I get the same answer : the system is down, come back another day...I will probably never see the 2000aed. At least there is free coffee, water, tea and chocolate... I might stop by to grab a free coffee every day for the next 10 years to have a kind of refund.

I’ve return a maid I took from Tadbeer al Nahda branch and waiting for my refund for more then three month now. They have the worst service. Every time I’m calling the one in charge they don’t answer and keeping me on hold. They are so fast In taking our money but damn slow in returning it back. Tadbeer is the worst every.

I have to follow up with them daily to issue a refund for 2 months in a row. Every day, they inform me that the refund will be done tomorrow. Tomorrow with them took 60 days!! This is ridiculous and waste of time and energy. I do not recommend this office.

Was here for Housekeepers visa renewal a few days ago.Excellent and fast service at this venue...! Was in and out in less than 20 mins. The service centre is very clean and well equipped. Some of the staff are not fully aware of the process and procedures but eager and willing to help.This should be the go-to venue for Tadbeer services. Recommended..!

They accept only cash ....Even if we have our e dhirams card they use their card to do all payments and collect cash from us ....Please you need to start working with cash free methods as most of us do not carry cashHope you incorporate this suggestionAmbience and service is excellentHospitality is aussom

Never, ever repeat this nightmare. Very confusing process. If you want to breath the air inside, make sure to take cash. That is all they care about( cash). They never give you the full details, and most of the time, they give you wrong information about the process to keep you confused and keep you paying money. When they read this, they will recall the nightmare they have out us through to get the process finished. Ended up paying twice as much as we anticipated for a maid. Stay away and use other Tadbeer locations. The other ones have people who know what they are doing.The exception to the above is the level of curtousy and support we got from Noora. She was kind, and very helpful.

If you wish to issue or renew a residency, then you can do it here. Plus, you can get all paperwork of Emirates ID, health insurance, even medical test. All in one place.

Do not recommend this place as staff doesnt know what they are doing. I cancelled my maid visa on 18th February and they kept me waiting till date saying they dont have system to refund. When I called today they said they got the system and come and apply for refund. I went with all the required documents and wait for like 30 mins till supervisor Ms. Malak comes. She came and asked me to go to Amer services and they cant do it here. Went to Amer services and they did it in 5 minutes. Very unprofessional and no proper knowledge about process. Ms.Malak was very responsive to my messages but kept me waiting nearly two months and mislead me by giving wrong details. Finally she told me that she was not informed by management that I have to go to Amer services.

9 minutes and 34 seconds in and out ! Visa renewal blood test with all papers prepared and ready. Only In Dubai!

This is a newly opened medical center for visa renew requirements and very fast service with a charge of 45 dhs.

The staff need better training to do less typing errors and give correct info... if one employee did mistake the others will not help plus the system must be integrated with other offices of Tadbeer ...

All such agencies have same name but are under various typing centres each having their own prices and management.

Worst tadbeer, my refund is taking over a Month now and still didnt get it, the manager doesnt come to work to sign the refund and the accountant works an hour a day and sometimes doesnt come.

Arrived at 7:30pm, was told could not be seen as was short staffed, so told to come the next day. Arrived 8.05am, to renew maids visa even though had all the paper work, well im still sitting here, its 11am, not sure who I am waiting for, as I have been told I have to wait for someone to come and process the visa.. so ill just sit and wait.. and wait.. and wait... mean while the meter is ticking.. and u can only stay outside for 4hours which means another visit... which means another wasted half day visit I presume... Was this process supposed to be more efficient because I dont think it actually is...
