I was able to give my sample in the comfort of my own home, the price was extremely reasonable and I was met with nothing but friendliness and professionalism. Moreover, I received my result within five hours of sample collection. Would definitely recommend contacting them to anyone looking for quick and excellent service!

The rendered home nursing services to our relative ,who was bedridden they were very patient, dedicated and flexible offering services.We used their PCR testing service at home recently.they came with in 30minutes at late evening and we got a result in early morning,which was very useful for our cousin who planned for an emergency travel outside country

When i was in need of a home nurse to take care of my father..i had contacted avanee home health and they had sent a nurse named mary of philippine nationality..And she alone took care of him by being there for him at time of need and at all times and she never compromised on his health condition...And the price provided by them is reasonable for the services rendered..and manager paul who also deserves to be spoken of as he made sure every now and then that we werent lacking anything...

The worst service anyone could ask for!We hired a private nurse to take care of my grandmother. They came to the house on the first day, the person in charge with a nurse that assesses the situation to see which nurse can take care of my grandmothers case.1. We needed physiotherapy to be started as soon as possible, the woman in charge promised to get one the next day and that they are available, she came FIVE DAYS later! My grandma had a broken hip surgery and she needed physio as soon as possible.2. The nurse who was assessing the case got us a skinny nurse who cant do anything by herself, keep in mind we told her we want a well built nurse because my grandma is a bit overweight and barely mobile. And we wanted an arabic speaking nurse, 20 days have passed until now and we still didnt get a well built nurse nor an arabic speaking one, ALTHOUGH they do have one as told by one of their staff.All the nurses that came are not trained, and I highly doubt they are even nurses, I mean if I get a nanny she would do a better job.Awfully poor management and even more poor assessment and judgement of the case. Physiotherapy dont come every day, they come when they want only not when we want.We are paying a lot of money on nothing. We are hiring a nurse so that she takes care of my grandma alone, not to be assissted by us and most of the work to be done by us! We cant stay around the whole day as we have work.This company is a big fraud and their service is extremely bad, I really wouldnt recommend anyone to try them out.
