I have a weird experience with this company.Couple of days back (22nd May 2021) I got an interview call from this company. When I physically attend the interview, one Filipino woman give me some reports to update. I started updating the report from 11 am to 1 pm , then I got confused and i informed her to check what I have completed. She said you are already selected, start working now itself. she also started introducing me as their new accountant (mean time I have noticed they are laughing and talking in their language which I dont understand) .This make me feels so unprofessional, So I requested her to send me the offer letter and once we both signed I will start working. She replied that she will make it next day but I have to continue working.I just refuse to work without offer letter so she agreed to email me the offer letter.After this I tried to reach them many times but they refuse to answer.From my experience I think this people are just utilizing the jobless candidates to complete their backlog works free of cost or they are totally unprofessional, either ways this is not at all proper at this hard Covid. situation.

An advice for any one want to deal with this or Royal apex both company same owner as a customer or employeeUnprofessional company for employees they will let you wait to much time for nothing second no matter how much you need this job if you dont have visa they will abuse you for example visit visa if its finish they will not pay you they will let you do it and if you have cancelled visa and you ask them when you will do my Visa the answer show us what you can get sorry we are in uae the country of law any way plus he dont pay me my full salary they keep 10 days and this is what they did with all when I asked the other employees they dont have hr department or markting so the owner he take care of every thing to not pay money even he sale and the company since 1999 how come you want your employees to perform if the environment is toxic because of the dramatic impact you do and the promise you give you dont because he is good sales I mean the owner or CEO as he called his self . So never ever apply or work all the employees maximum will work one month or 3 months then they will run away .and for the customer they have to much problem and cases against them from clients so be careful every one and dont deal with them at all
