As they did their jobs which I am not complaining about. The only thing they lacked is sense of the house as they didnt even bothered to do house keeping, cleaning the mess they did or even clean the cement after removing the old devices. Until I came back to check dirty, cables and dust all over. In addition, alot of rubber marks all over the room from the stairs in which was hard to remove ...

Excellent service! They came in half an hour from my initial phonecall, swiftly installed a smart thermostat and set everything up perfectly.I wouldve given full 5 stars if not the fingerprints on the AC unit hatch.Excellent service regardless!

I had some Nest Gen 3 thermostats installed in my palm jumeirah apartment. Communication from the company was great even over the weekend. The two guys that came were professional, knowledgeable and respectful. The finished job is exactly as I wanted. I recommend HomeIQ when it comes to Nest installs.

Do not trust this company. They came to fix a problem but only made it worse; then left without any attempt to resolve the issue. We are lodging a police complaint until resolved and also contacting Nest directly as Im sure they can do much better with another local representative than this company.I am a chartered mechanical engineer and I could recognize their ineptitude and dishonesty with their approach to the technical evaluation.Steer well clear of this company at all costs. No douby they will leave a dishonest reply to this post.

Very responsive and professional service.

They have not set the expectation on the services to be rendered and guided us through a wrong process claiming they are “certified on Google Nest”, which may be the case but means nothing... there was no proper customer engagement, the team sent was extremely scared from the time they came in, and they almost destroyed the washroom ceiling, while they did not charge for the service at the end, the overall experience was extremely bad, I do not recommend them to anyone...

HomeIQ provided an excellent job from detailed explanation on different solutions, quotes and installation. I cannot recommend more HomeIQ for the technicians knowledge and the absolute commitment on trying to solve an existing problem with one of the units. I will use them again when needed.

Very poor customer handling, very unreliable. It took a month to fix an appointment, and then when I (!) followed up one day prior to reconfirm, I was told they had an emergency somewhere else. Emergency with air condition in January when we 22 degrees Celsius, curious what that might be. Had I not called, I would have waited next day in vain as I am sure they wouldnt have contacted me...Overall very disappointed in how new customers are treated. Probably a bigger customer screamed louder and they ran. Obviously they dont need new business, so I am taking my Google Nest Installation business elsewhere to somebody who actually wants new customers.
