Clean Hotel, Nice location, good staff. Overall a great experience

Worst experience, worst hotel will never recommend to book this hotel apartment.1. Leakage on every floor.2. Rooms were not cleaned.3. Very disappointing about staff. Specially Mr. Akshay he dont have any manners how to talk to customers. Not concerned about customer satisfaction at all.4. They will close the deal by saying will give you best services and best amenities and once you check-in and complain about leakage or any other problem. Mr. Akashay will solve your problem by saying that you are paying only for your room not for the amenities. But somebody please him that I am paying for the room and the ambience and ambience includes amenities as well.5. None of the staff know whats happening in their apartments one of the staff says that yes you can stay on same room by paying additional amount, another staff says that same room is pre occupied so you have to leave the room and another says that you cant stay in that room because we are closing that floor. It seems that their own staff is not Clear what reason they have to give.6. Worst experience. Avoid at all cost.

We had problems with Internet connection, kitchen gadgets like kettle, washingmachine, leaky washroom, lights not working..very expensive too comparatively

I have booked this hotel apartment for long term, I paid 1000aed for blocking my priority check-in and the selection of room, while check-in, the receptionist showed us 2-3 options, within which we liked 1apartment. In the meanwhile, the other receptionist Mr. Akshay, told us that due to bigger balcony it would cost us more or else i have to pay certain extra amount of money or leave the property. The Sales Manager, Ms. Ritu told that we cannot allot that room because it is already occupied and booked, if it is already occupied then how come it is not shown on the system and the other staff doesnt know about that. We had to wait from morning 10am till night 10pm for this mess created by their management. There is no where written that you have to pay extra for bigger balcony. There is no coordination with team. Nobody knows nothing what to say, when to say, how to say. Mr. Akshay doesnt know how to speak to women. He is shouting and screaming on tenants. Such a poor hospitality.I will not recommend to anyone as it is under construction building and there is leakage on every floor. The staff doesnt know which floor to open or which floor to show. Worst experience. While checking out on the same evening, the property did not return the full amount, they deducted 5% of the whole amount to be paid in cash, when asked for reason behind it for clarification, Mr. Akshay will call everyone personally to explain. Later, Ms. Ritu switched off her phone saying she is exhausted by us and others can handle.There a lot more to say, but i believe this is fair enough for long term tenants to understand.

WESTZONE PEARL NEW HOTEL APARTMENTS

I really loved this hotel apt. It was so clean, very spacious and most of all the kitchen is so amazing. I do come here every month so I recommended it to my friends. It also near the metro, Burjuman Mall and Karama.

Fairly decent property and they rent apartments in the property for long term also. Staff speaks Hindi. Limited breakfast buffet menu. They’ve got Indian food however, if you’re looking for typical Indian taste, the restaurant may disappoint you. The accommodation is comfortable. Grocery stores are nearby. Staff is fine. WiFi loses strength at some parts of your apartment.

Good, pleasant and beautiful rooms and lobby. Very nice place for family and the facility also provide a free shuttle service to Jumeirah beach for both pick up and drop.

This property is good but unfortunately the moment I entered the room I found a cockroach. It needs more cleaning. To my surprise, the parking must be paid which is annoying. Otherwise,the receptionist was good and helpful. I like the design of the room. There are things I couldnt find in a more good reputable hotels like the microwave, electric gas and the big refrigerator. The AC is good and the way to control the heat degree is really easy. All in all its not a bad experience to have if they have worked on the cleaning part.

Found the place to be ok ok, not constructed on a modern scale. With time, infrastructure and facilities seems to have turned accordingly. Need to be revamped to keep up pace with the time. Staff was courteous and friendly though. Not bad for budget seekers, can check once.

Fairly dated apartments, in need of a refurb and some deep cleaning - my room was smelly and the towels have had a long life and need replacing.

Large rooms and quite comfortable furniture. Looks a bit old but makes up in terms of location, very friendly staff, and health club. The gym could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay here and i would definitely recommend others to book this when they plan to travel for Dubai.

The Pearl Residence was an excellent place to be in. The apartment was comfortable and always kept clean by housekeeping, the staff, especially those at the reception desk were VERY kind and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was excellent and the hotel was within walking distance of supermarkets. It was so wonderful being there that on my last morning there I was in tears, I honestly wished I could stay longer. Keep up the good work.

Serviced Apartments near Burjaman are value for money. Well Maintained and courteous staff which is eager to help.There is a restaurant at the ground floor offering Indian, Bengali and Chinese cuisines.Occasionally, there is a buffet and a thali system also offered.

THE BEST! Loved the reception service, they are all well mannered and highly cooperative. Im a first visit I left my hand bag and he was so kind enough to keep it safe and they returned it to me. During my room shifting I missed 55DHS in my room by mistake and the next day they found it and send it to me to my new room via an envelope. How sweet of a gesture is that. Excellent service & excellent people working here. you ask for anything and they will provide you the sooner and you need any help, the respective department staff will guide you the best. the best thing about the residency is it is located in one of the prime locations, got a Burjman Mall very close by where you got everything from shopping to dine. Metro is super close by and got groceries just down the street from pearl residency. However I would not recommend the restaurant inside the building the Dil see restaurant, cos the food is not so great, really not so great and its way too pricy. But, you got so many other food restaurants very close by walkable or you can have it delivered to your apartment. I just love this place so much that I am going to visit again and again. I also recommend this to all of you. They got gym, they got sauna room they got a swimming pool a great view in the rooftop. You name it and Pearl residency has it. Exceptional customer service and amazing hospitality. Thank you Pearl residency and I will see you soon!

Good hotel situated near Fatima super market and behind Bajuman shopping mall. The room were I stayed is very big in size, in fact it is like an one bed room apartment. This hotel is very clean and well maintained with all facilities along with a gym, it doesnt have swimming pool. It has a restaurant called Dil se. Most of the service staffs belong India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. All the staffs can understand Hindi & English in addition to local and some other languages.

Very bad experience. First of all, location is sort of Indian locality. Whats the point of traveling to another country if you have to stay near Indian locality? Second, its 10 minute walk from metro which is impossible in Dubai heat. Last they didnt clean our room despite requesting them in morning itself. Check images for what we found after having a long day. Not recommended at all.

The hotel is old. The rooms have weird smell. There were cigarette marks everywhere. All the furniture and decorations of the room is old and over used. Not enough light. Not worth the money

Rooms are neat and clean and service was good. The best part about this place is that its just a 1km walk to the nearest Metro Station (Burjuman). And the Carrefour mall is nearby which provides alternative food joints. Go for it if your new to Dubai and would have trouble getting around.

What a hospitality.. mind blowing.. nature of the owner and his staff was very good seriously.. in short i can say for the owner he has a big heart now talking about the food and its price.. for this all i can say is food was worth more than the price.. if youre finding any good indian restaurant in bur dubai/ burjuman than you must visit here as its prices are low and food is delicious..after having food here hum bol sakte hai dil se khilaiyaa.

Located close to mall and metro station this place definately makes your stay comfortable. The food is good but there are lots of restraunt nearby in case you are looking for taste change.The staff is friendly and would definately look into your special requests. Rooms are big and clean. Good place to stay at Burjuman Dubai. A 10 min walk from metro station to reach this hotel. We were 2 people staying and got upgraded to the 3 bedroom which was really spacious. Got kitchen, microwave, a double door fridge, washing machine etc in the room. There was a separate washroom in additional to the one attached to room. There was a round dining table in the hall along with the tv and sofa set. Beat place to book if you are traveling with family. Only problem is there is no restaurants around in this area, you need to walk back to the metro station area to find the restaurants. But you can order via zomato or calling directly to any of the restaurants they will delicer the food. Totally a good place to stay.

No washing machine, wifi on per day basis, kitchenware was not properly available, had to call again and again to get utensils. Staff was courteous, specially Mr. Kamran. we had rashes due to some mosquito or fly in the room. Room was upgraded from studio to one bed apartment. overall not really good experience.

I loved the Pearl..To me it was a 5 star experience..And what made it so were the staff..From the extremely courteous manager , to Prince and his colleague at the front desk, Ashok in housekeeping and Manoj..who was so helpful in getting my mother a wheelchair...The gracious Mr. Usman , and Rukhsana and the rest of the staff in the dining area..Not to forget Mr. Prakash in the pool area.. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful
