Do not take any ROOM from them. please try other agent. basically cheaters gang.1. Rent will be in add and many will not be in the add. they will ask. i pay 2900 rent and extra 1000 each month.2. No proper agreement, all mutual understanding job.3. I deposit 1500 and return only 550, how ? magic deduction, they cut leaving cost 250, extra days fees 250, DEWA as imagination 500.4. Room was BAD, all broken item, full of bugs. Water line chock, broken washing machine.PLEASE AVOID THIS PEOPLE.

Very unprofessional, l took the 217 instudio flat in T07 Spain cluster international city. Key points of my experience are below:1. Even paying the advance for WiFi & after several follow ups they have not provided the internet connection, the TV also doesnt work due to that.2. Very high commission, I paid 800 aed for 2 months.3. The shower mixer was so old that it got broken after using for 5 Days, while asking for the repair they told this repair I have to arrange & pay my own hence I paid 150 aed for that as well4. After staying 40-45 days they brought some new furniture & kept in the balcony due to that I couldnt use the balcony as well.5. Toilet & Kitchen exhaust Fan was also not working.6. When it was raining they sent an message that dont turn on the AC during rain if it goes faulty we have to pay for that.7. While vacating the flat they charged me belowA) aed 250 vacating chargesB) aed 250 painting chargesC) aed 150 pest control8. After deducting DEWA & above charges they took 8 days to refund my balance deposit money after vacating the flat.
