I am extremely happy with Ontime Services as they managed my entire process of converting MOH to DHA (Dental License). Their prices are really good and definitely full worth it as the people working there know what they are doing. The lady at reception is really kind and sweet and knows all transfer procedures like the back of her hand and is very warmly welcoming when you visit their office. Many thanks to Mustafa and Sarah who handled all the documents and procedures from scanning everything to uploading every document one by one and Special thanks to Sarah again for suggesting me to upload a good picture of me on the DHA system which actually appeared in the license and looks really cool and professional.

Excellent company and Amazing Staff specially the Sales guy in Mazaya center. We open a new company and had our license fast. The service fee is lil bit high compare to other companies but the service is transparent and amazingly great (No Headache and all government receipts are provided) Thank you Ontime Business Setup.

Dear Ontime Team,I have reviewed all the comments before posting, and my complain also same like other customers like we are wasting lot of time. We have 7 counters out of only 2 are working. Whats is this ??And the sad news is that only we are giving our valuable feedbacks but there is no response from Ontime managment.I see below feedbacks are since 09months before but the performance of Ontime service is same till date(27/09/2018), We would like to understand what changes you made (Ontime team) in order to imporve your services.I dont need any reply to my post. Just sincere request to improve your worst services.My experience is worst in Ontime.

Only one counter works actively for case enquiry. The person at Counter 7 is relaxing always. He calls tokens at his mercy. His preferences are for Coffee, cigarettes, phone calls etc. It’s pathetic. A lot of time is wasted by such people with wrong attitude. I think the management of On Time should look into this.

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY .. BAD SERVICE people dont waste your time and get your cases registered through them as you can do it online and save the imaginary fees they charge you for and it much fasterthey dont even tell you that you can do it online to rip you off!!i stayed there for half a day to get my case registered coz of their abusive staff who dont wana workthey hired bunch of cheap labor Egyptians who keeps complaining in front of clients that they are tired and dont want to take more customers they lie on your face and tell you the system is down and then they take their cigarettes as if you are blind and you cant see or hear that they just want to take a break !!!do it online and save yourself the miserable experience and at least 400their management is also very bad and they dont care about how people are being treatedguess what they also fake their ratings !!! one of their staff go on all the counter and clicks several times the happy face right in front of youthey only has business coz they are located in the court!!!what a BAD SERVICE overall

Not reliable. They delayed my exam with HAAD which is very difficult and with DHA after I paid on time to book the exam; they did not book and I was the one who had to book my exam and pay for it. Otherwise I would miss the exam and there would be no seats left. I still have balance on my account with on time but they keep evading me. I’ve been trying to get my balance back but no use.HAAD refunded 400 aed to my On time account since I was reapplying, but on time refused to return the 400 aed to me even though I received an email from HAAD about the refund.

The worst company in the world . They are not doing their job correctly, missing , disoriented about their work , I have to tell them what they have to do .they not follow up the case even their mistake corrected by other mistake ,not answering the callsThey are only excellent in getting money from clients.Iam telling everyone don’t give your documents to ONTIME at all , ,better do it yourself, because ontime just waist your time & money

Worst company and worst service ever. If you are looking to spend money for headache and unreliable service then OnTime is your best choice. Dont waste your time and money there. FYI, any positive review you read on this board are reviews that are forced by management on their employees.

Very poor service, showing that working time is till 17:30, but they closing 16:30 already. They dont have sense for clients. Dont waste your time going here because their name OnTime is not proper name!!!

Good service but extremely slow, average waiting time of 30 minutes. They also allow people to walk in without a number ignoring everyone in the waiting area.

Most government/legalisation works are done here. Typing as well. Waiting can be long most of the times as there are only 4 counters.
