Exceptional marketing, yet poor delivery on the promise upon purchase (hand-over, damages/finishing in the apartments in bluewaters)Customer service: Very poor customer service with either no reply or no solution to your problem. Yet, the service charges are sky rocketing and demanded on time with regular reminders. I wish they were as diligent in their service to their clients.Water leakage: I have a water leakage from the penthouse swimming pool above and after 8 months still to rectification has been done.Parking allocation: My parking spot is two building away (further than 150 meter requirement) while available parkings nearby are given to the more paying clients

You as a company should work towards betterment of community. Clearly which you failed in by removing all the cats from Kite beach. Bring those cats back as they as part of community. Happy, healthy and neuterd cats who deserve to live.

Buying appartment in Bluewaters was very fast, but when everything is paid I can not get my keys!!!! It is awful, so slow, nobody is replying me, i just keep writing emails and nobody responds. Terrible experience!!!!!!!!

The treatment is horrible I have been waiting on a contract for more than a month and every department throws me on the next i cant rent my property without that contract this is unacceptable im loosing money. I have my tenant waiting but they refuse to tell me when I can collect my contract horrible

Over 40 countries banned the use of animals in circuses, our country is leader in many things, is number one in many things, do we have to be one of the last countries to ban circuses? We dont want any entertainment shows using animals!

I bought one of the premium properties from this company and I’m the first owner. This company sends the lowest form of skilled workers that takes 5 days to repair one small project. They constantly avoid to replace anything faulty so the warranty runs out. The fit and finish of the new places are very 3rd world and if you like quality be prepared to pull your hair out. If you don’t care for quality and have mediocre taste for quality then this company is awesome! They paint over trims and don’t tape off shelves and doors when painting before handing off the properties. To repair one toilet it took 6 full days of tying and 5 workers!! Before you purchase from this company get everything in writing and don’t pay till all the defects are repaired. See just a few photos I’ve attached which the workers think nothing is wrong with them!!

Try to get an NOC for renovation, its like pulling your own teeth without anesthesia, you wont manage and no one will ever take your call

I did a land deal with them.It seems they are really good.Earlier I had a different opinion in dealing with their service staff. But after dealing with Ms.Madina and Mr.Abdul Vahab My misconcptions have changed a lot.

Its very upsetting that on 1/2/2019 Friday morning my 3,000 dhs bicycle gets stolen when it was parked in La Mer in the bicycle rack. unfortunately, this is not the first case that a bike gets stolen at La Mer, and the area the bike got stolen from didn’t even have one security and when my friend came to see what happened my friend parked on the sidewalk, as soon as he got off the car the 2 securities came running to ask him to take his car off the sidewalk but the bike gets stolen they don’t mind. I am very surprised that a high end luxurious place like this doesn’t have much securities. That is so upsetting Meraas.Mohamed Ayman

Avoid dealing with MEERAS at any cost. I bought a land from them in May and still have not received my deed (July). Not only that, they made me pay for everything and still did not deliver. Apparently once they receive your money, they are not obligated to deliver and if you cancel the sale you will not get all your money or any of it. Customer service and the way they run business should not be accepted in any civil society. The government is bending backward to encourage investment in the country and companies like MEERAS is acting on the opposite way. These practices of bullying investors and the total disrespect of the clients time should not be tolerated. I wish the government will establish an office that can receive complaints from customers/investors against these companies so they are held accountable.
