DONT RECOMMEND TO BUY FROM HERE.bought Xmaxx 8s brand new. Ran it 1 min and crackling noise started coming. When I checked it, it was missing a bearing which caused damages to multiple other parts. They replaced the damaged parts but they wouldn’t provide me a new one. Bottom line, I would not like to buy brand new items with parts missing in them. This is my experience here.

I got my first crawler, the TRX4 Defender from Hobby Sportz a year ago. Their communication and delivery were impeccable. They were also really good at advising parts and upgrades. I communicate with them whenever I have queries and they respond quickly, even now. Recently I ordered a LiPo battery and it reached me the very next day from Dubai. I live in Oman. I recommend Hobby Sportz to anyone who are experienced or just starting with an RC Hobby!!

Hi, this isnt a feedback, it is a question. i recently came across videos of realistic rc cars that have many features of the real cars in an rc car, it has the smoke and fire coming from the exhaust and also the sound of the car sounding exactly like the original cars eg: supra, gtr, lambo. i was wondering if you guys can do any modifications to make your rc cars like that cuz i really want one.

I bought 2 similar toys worth each apprx290/- during the horse show when Hobby sportz had a kiosk there. One of the toy I bought didnt have battery, now a toy without battery is useless to keep.On March18 I did raise my concern and shop incharge asked me to send whats app Pic of battery on the available toy and I was told to come next day to collect a new battery, they had a doubt whether I was lying of me not receiving battery, since I understood where they heading to I said dont worry I will buy it even though be mindful it was not my mistake, still for the sake of my kids happiness I decided to buy it. Now I go to the shop and I wait there for atleast 40 minutes I am told they dont have stock they took my number and they didnt call backIts disgusting service, I wouldnt have bought the toy at horse show Kiosk but since son wanted it I thought let me go for it, but never did realize this would cause this much of issue

You can buy radio controlled cars and spares. I got a toy car for my son, he really loved it . The staff are knowledgeable. Prices are bit high when compared with online sites, but we will be satisfied when we see in person and buy.

Very expensive you can buy better products online comparing to this shop he was giving me price 60AED for ball bearings and I ordered same products 25 AED including shipping charges.

Good place to buy rc cars. But really bad to maintain your RC car. The part are expensive, thier service are expensive and sometimes they will damage you car instead of repairing It. I recommend you to buy your car from them and repair it by your self since there is a lot of YouTube videos showing how

I called to ask if they can fix a wiring/antenna issue on a seemingly simple toy car for kids, and I was asked to come in and said they could check. When I came, they are very reluctant and didn’t even look at it and giving me all kinds of reasons. Would have been easier if they said it over the phone which I clearly described rather than me wasting time.

Best RC company in Middle East. I have been buying from their stores from the last 5 years and they are really helpful. I bought from their store a Traxxas E-Revo 1/16 when I started buying from them, then I upgraded to a Rustler 4X4 VXL a few months ago. They clean my car for free everytime I bring it into their store, and have almost every part of my cars. Prices are a little bit to high for some of their parts. But all in all I give it 5 STARS.

Best place to buy RC cars, trucks, planes etc. Friendly staffs and good pricing. Stocks most of the reputed rc brands. Their Jumeirah branch now have a drift track and a well designed crawler track as well.

Prices are okay (not too high or low). I didn’t like the staff for a fact that they ruined my RC and their supervisor is totally NOT knowledgeable and friendly.I wouldn’t recommend this place for new RC lovers.

Worst shop ever, extremely overpriced. They sell 9 gram servos for 75dhms, when I went to dragon mart I found the same ones for 25 only.

I took my car for service and they asked me leave it for them to check. I receive a call in the evening that the controller has to be changed and new one will cost me AED 380 which I refused to accept. Next day when I go to pick up car I’m asked to pay the charges for service which is of no use to me since I didn’t agree for it. I came from Marina all the way paying 6 salik and Petrol but they had no courtesy to say even sorry for waisting my time and not giving the desired solution. Disappointing service

Just returned an order of a small Cessna plane priced AED 300. Since i mentioned i am flying and requested for a home delivery... After agreeing the price, the salesperson over the phone wanted to charge me extra AED 25 for delivery but this was just the beginning of the planned cheating... They thought i wouldnt open the box and check... Buy i did. The elevator connection was damaged, remote control back cover was missing and so was the battery. Severally disappointed, once a good name... now being destroyed by penny wise pound foolish south Indians crew.

Dont bother. I was a regular customer, and i wanted to buy an e-revo body. Their listed price was on souq was 140. They said it was a mistake and they charged me 180 for the prographics. And did not even let me keep the paint, which the salesperson specifically said its included in the price. The guy said its a new management. Either way the customer service is horrible even to regular customers. There are many other local hobby shops. Not going back here.

I was a good customer till i bought 2 × 3s batteries which had one weak cell however they refused to replace it and they tried fixing them on spot but they have kept me waiting for two hours and then i have been asked to leave the batteries and come back the day after but it took them 3 days and the issue was not fixed so i lost hope amd took them as they are, I have lost 700 dirhams .the worst part is they kept lying to and o dont think they have knowlodge about batteries.sorry i am not your customer , people save your time and go to another shop.
