Its an open for all beach, although it is not direct to the open sea, its like a cove kind of beach, but well maintain white sand, jogging track, cycling track, open gym facilities, cafe, gazebo in multiple locations, safety line on water, guards in multiple location, shower in multiple location, toilet facilities in multiple location, no entrance fee, parking is free, chilled water vendor machine and free filtered chilled water available in multiple location too, so dont worry if you dont bring water from home, just keep small notes 5,10 or 20, or coins to use vendor machine, Water sport activities often seen like jet skiing, but didnt see rental area for it, slipway at one end is available for boat owners, people mainly come for jogging, cycling, swimming, or just strolling around the areas, popular time during early morning and afternoon. Around 5KM track from one end to another. Have a visit and enjoy the calm and nice breeze in the early morning, and crowds but enjoyable place to spend time in the afternoon as the beach is like a U shape where everyone spread around it.

Well its mine and kids favourite place because we go Mamzar to have fun. And the Mamzar park is best place for family weekend fun.

I go almost everyday there, this track is useful for running and walking, besides there is a cycling track also which people can use for biking, this running track is busy during weekends and public holidays, more and more families come here to spend time and picnic and outing, if you’re looking for less crowds try to come in the morning it’s more calm and less crowd

Nice & peaceful place for all type of ages.I love kids playing & aged exercising. Jogging track needs to repaired as its rubber ruptured at some points on both side.Kudos to Dubai Police for giving us sense of safety and security round the clock.Praises for Dubai Municipality for management,order & hygienic environ.

They have separate paths for cylists and a synthetic track for walking or running.Even they have plenty of outside cardio workout machines available on the seaside.Also you can enjoy a quick swim in the sea or some sunshine on the shore.The beach is very clan with ample parking spaces. Life guards available and if required you will get first aid assistance.Some special area designated for only for fishing, and you can see enthusiast in the morning or evening. Some small areas for get together, or your cup of tea or snacks from home. Nice see shore, beach and jogging track.Lots of parking lot’s along the beach and greenery.Cool and pleasant atmosphere around the area.Good place to chill and relax with family and friends.Rest rooms are bit far away but with the mamzar beach area.Cycling allowed, swimming is restricted for time being due to COVID-19.Always busy in weekends

Great jogging track around the bay. From both sides you can continue either onwards towards both Dubai or Sharjah.

I think this is the longest running track in Al qusais area. So if you are runner you can enjoy the running with beautiful beach views. So the problem is the track is filled with sand because many peoples are swimming and bathing in the beavh. So when they come out from the beach they carry sand and it will be spread in the track. So you may slip and feel discomfort while 🏃💨💨running.

Just wow what a amazing running track, also track bikers... calm environment and heart touching view specially in the morning. Easy excess from dubai and sharjah very clean washroom on different locations. Also there is beech and cafeterias on location with huge parking area.
