The guy is rude, hes knowledgeable but rarely goes extra mile for customer satisfaction. Its overpriced in all aspects. The working hours are very moody without a proper understanding to the customer side. I requested and order said after I paid 1 week for delivery. I wouldnt recommend this store. There are several stores that are better and cheaper with higher quality products.

I love this store. I have been here several times and the staff is always super helpful. There are tons of loose herbs, supplements and other herbal products to suit anyones needs. There have been some supply issues since the pandemic began, but thats to be expected. Just check back on occasion!

The team is most gracious. Considering they are all very busy in the back, diligently filling orders. Keep in mind they supply people all over the world. Those that work in the store are constantly being approached with many requests. They deal with people who are using herbs for preventive reasons and with those that have health challenges. More often than not it is a serious matter. My experience has been a positive exchange of ways to heal myself. Hello herb heaven!!!! The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They have organic fresh herbs and spices and teas. Their blends taste delicious and they have free talks on herbs, Ayurveda and more. I am lucky to have this shop so close to my home and can go frequently to take care of all my self care needs.

I had very horrible experiences with their shop in Dubai , unfortunately first of all their owner/Representative was very rude to me and did not answer me on time but when he answered me he did not guide me in appropriate way, secondly the shop owner refused to sell agreed herbal medicine because i requested him to prepare the the medicine in front of me . What does that mean ? its mean he made a plan to reduce the purity of the original herbals . I am sorry I will never recommend anyone to buy any herbal blindly from their shop.

Received order today and there was one item missing as per the order invoice.I ordered and paid for 2 balisan oil 3ml and received 1 quantity.Even the invoice which i received mentioned only one balisan oil.Just check both ordered and received invoice.Received Refund after few email in full.Now i need to pay back to them again which i will do.But it would be so good if i was just refunded the amount, for which item i did not receive.Product quality is Good for Sure.
