Needed to buy a lock and handle of Union brand. These guys quoted me a price of AED 120 whereas the same lock of same brand and model in the same lane in another shop was costing AED 45. When I tried to reason with the owner that is this higher quality rather than answering my query he very rudely told me this is the price. Take it or leave it. Ridiculously over priced and extremely bad customer service.
