I see many customers reviewed the store as bad. That is the case where I am going against the public opinion of majority. I dont know company in the UAE with better customer service than ACE.However most of my visits to this store were more than great. No problems with returns, no problems with parking, no problems with restrooms, no problems with variety of tools available.You can find anything you want, paints, plants, tools, even they sell gardening materials, surprisingly u can even find fish and qater tanks for them.Again, there are some disadvantages, but lets compare it with other stores. Who are overpriced, or who usually most of the timr persecuting its own customers (e.g. some other store blocked my account without reasonable explanation), others are harassing customers just because of parking.Ace is the store I really love. Among competitors, it is the best. I wish the best to this company.

The store is laid out well and staff were very friendly and helpful. I bought an outdoor chair and staff were very efficient with organizing the delivery. There were some good deals as I visited during the sales.

One stop shop. You will find everything for screw to the office or home decoration.but expensive.

Probably the biggest ACE showroom in dubai. They have an impressive collection of hardware, appliances, gardening etc. Shop has a customer friendly layout as well. Great place to choose paint colors, flooring options etc.

We are searching for a washing machine and finalizing the product to buy. Before that day we already talked to one of the sales rep on that section and offered us with free delivery and installation. On next day; we returned to buy the item. Suddenly all were changed; no delivery , Only cash and pickup. Blabla..I was totally disappointed and told them “No! I wont proceed to buy the product.After 10!minutes; they approached us and telling we will deliver the item but we will just drop outside your building and will take 5-10 days. Really? Is that a solution?Better to order on other electronic store as they have free delivery and installation.We’re hoping for best service but totally disappointed.I would recommend to have a concrete information before promising to your loyal customers.

I went to give feedback to Mary, the assistant manager who informed me Fernando was new, I was shocked as his knowledge of items around the store was impeccable. I used to go to Shiekh Zayed Road branch but now will be visiting this store following my great experience with Fernando and Mary. Thank you!

This is the second largest ace in Dubai, you can find all kind of hardware, home improvement things, workers are very friendly and they know what they are talking about.

Well, we went to get a Gazebo. They had the last piece on display and it was broken. They strictly refused to give us any sort of warranty or discount or free delivery or anything. We felt like they were doing us a favor by selling us the last broken piece on display which in reality we wanted to do them a favor and buy it.Their excuses weren’t comprehensible (for example: management stopped all discounts because they’re worried about customers bribing the employees??!)) what???! 🤦‍♂️
