One can find anything needed for home renovation, gardening, maintenance etc.The quality is good but bit pricey.They have Blue rewards app for loyal customers to get cashback. Some offers also available for Blue members.Overall I can recommend this place if you don’t want to go to Dragon mart and spend the half day.

Awesome customer service. Been there few times now as Im building custom closets in my new apartment and Alaa in hardware department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I went back there he recognized me and offered to help out with cutting all my lumber accordingly with my project plans.

I dont have much to say about this place since its reputation has precedes itself, all I can do is share my experience. I visited a few weeks ago to purchase a new fridge, the staff member was extremely helpful to assist me in finding the exact specifications. My father also needed assistance with transferring the loyalty points from one account to another and they successfully helped with that.

I have found a variety of outdoor indoor wall paints. Colour leaflets are handy. From garden items to home appliances the collections are great.

I was expecting it to cover automobile supplies with a good stock, but hey have limited home brands. I was not able to get lubricants of my choice including engine oil and coolants. The store is fantastic for good deals on precision tools and protection gear. I wish they could have an extensive lineup on automobile accessories and supplies.

The customer service and the team is very unprofessional, had asked for a receipt copy 3 days back and even after followups there has been no response. The customer service agent doesnt intend to talk and has no update for whatso ever you ask . Having good products with least after sales and customer service team spoils the entire fun of shopping at ACE Festival City.

I used to regularly buy a lot of stuff at Ace Hardware, but then the Ace store in Festival City gave very poor after-sales service for a pricey product which developed a defect soon after purchase, repair of which was covered by warranty. The Ace after-sales personnel kept dragging their feet and in the end failed to resolve the issue (they actually only managed to make things worse). Because of this I stoppedvbuying from Ace and decided to purchase a replacement product elsewhere (Speedex) so that I could finish my DIY project. Since then I have discovered a few more - much better and less expensive - alternatives to Ace. So, in a strange way, thank you for your terrible after-sales service Ace!

Like the shop . has a complete collection of requisites, but when you order online their delivery is not upto the mark. Also the website is not in sync with the stock. Customer support is also not upto the mark.

Please do not buy aftron branded electronics from them , as i had very bad experience with my washing machine. The brand doesnt support anything and as a new equipment i still have not got a solution since so many repeated requests. Please do not buy , i will have to approach customer rights department with all the proof as it is going on for 6 months since purchase . i will need refund .

This place is great since you can find anything you need such as: garden equipments, home decoration, metals, woods, plants, etc. the place is one floor but very big. This is located near IKEA and Dubai festival mall so you can go after shopping. Or you can shop in ACE then go to the mall for a great meal. There is a big parking lot outside and it’s easy to find parkings there.

Most unique needs like wood pieces for furniture, kits, metal plates, etc is easily available here. Other day to day things of home/ garden/ office requirements are easily available

Good place to buy wide range of tools and house hold products..you just need to compare first in other big department stores before going for it! Definitely there will always be a huge bargain products as long as you fact check like for the sale products if you know that it is way lower than the other you need to go for it. Like for 4 steps ladder I bought recently, the before price is 209 dirhams and ACE sold it at bargain price of 30 dirhams. I posted a photo for you to really see that its not hoax 😆

Such a terrible experience!I bought dishwasher and for 1.5 months your company didnt install it. And during attempts of installation your master damaged my tap on the kitchen and told me to fix it for my own expense! I spent 2.5 weeks calling almost everyday pushing you to return me money for dishwasher. And now your company doesnt want to replace damaged tap! Really? Your master is coming, breaking my tap and telling me to fix it for my own expense because he cannot work with damaged tap? Whats going on?

Drive through service is the worst. I have ordered a lock which was showing in stock at the festival city. When I reached there to collect the item they are asking me to come the next day which is tomorrow. The funny thing is I have prepaid for the item which the store guy has informed that couldnt be refunded or exchanged with other items and need to drive the whole way from Jumeirah to Festival city again to collect the item.

ACE hardware is the right and best shop for you if you are looking for lawn and garden stuff, indoor and outdoor livings furniture, parts, tools and accessories, automotive accessories, home improvement and maintenance tools and materials. It’s absolutely the best of its kind of shops and for all the sections mentioned above it has a big selection of items in each section. Prices are very reasonable. Service is wonderful and staff is well trained on everything inside the store. Has a big parking including wheelchair parkings and accessible doors. It has a very nice cafe inside and good seating area and tables

Overpriced . bette go to deira and sharjah for this stuff. quick fix home work is ok but definately not the shop for hard work in the house like opening a bakery and buying primary ingredients from waitrose haha. although has some interesting stuff thats imported but again very high lrice

The thing I liked about this place is that I can find all the hardware items here. We went there to find some gardening items and I actually fell in love with their products. Specially the gnomes. The staff is really helpful as well.

Working customer service. The screws set were missing from my order because the staff forgot to put it inside my sofa set. I have raised a complaint and had no reply for 5 days , I had to call them to follow up on the matter. Personally, wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone and won’t order from there again!

Their suppliers / vendors are different from other stores that you regularly visit in dubai and you always find unique & different items here. A visit to ACE is always interesting. I have ordered a candy cooker from ACE. The product was damaged. I called them to register a complaint. It’s more than 5 days now still there is no response from ACE.Never expected it from ACE.

Digital transformation at its worst. Wanted to buy a simple voucher as a present for a friend. Apparently they discontinued these and replaced them with an app based wallet solution. Who is going to give that away as a present?

Disappointed. Basic things like mdf wooden panels are out of stock. They dont sell kitchen benches/counter top. Dont understand the point of the store.

The cashier system was down once! And they counted all my items 1 by 1 using a book and pen to write the barcode of each one manual, and I waited like 30 minutes or more to finish

A little pricey due to the convenience but well worth it due to the very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Other hardware stores never have knowledgeable staff in my opinion and I would prefer to go here than other places to save myself the headache

Youd think a places as big as this would have something as basic as a lights dimmer switch. Nope. Also bought something that was surplus to my requirements so took back the next day. The process felt a bit accusatory and Ill have to ask my manager etc. Which as a customer was a bit of a drag and made me feel like Id done something wrong. Bargain glow sticks though.
