I recently called Handyman Expert to hang 3 paintings in my flat.2 men came last weekend to proceed. They did it in 2 hours.The same day at night, I was in my living room and suddenly one of the pictures fell down. It was completely scratched with glass everywhere in the room. The drawing itself was scratched as well as the floor where the picture fall down.One of the picture was directly hang on the frame with a nail and black double-face adhesive tape on the wall! It was impossible to remove it by myself. The floor was damaged too..All this happened just because a string was missing behind of the picture, and the handyman did not tell me. Incomprehensible.I sent pictures to handyman who told me he we came back the day after. And he came back.He sanded the wall to remove the adhesive: We enter the flat with a brand new white painting on the wall 4 months ago… And now the wall is full of traces !He took the picture to replace the frame by a new plastic (vs wood initially) one… but the drawing is still scratched.He promised me to find a solution for the floor but he put glue on it !! My landlord for sure will take all my deposit for that!He hang up at noon when I was at work… And he did the same mistake! Hanging the painting directly on the frame, with a new nail (so a new hole in the wall), and without removing the other one…. The frame was already waved the same evening.Since that event, I sent 2 emails to Handyman but nobody is answering.To avoid absolutely.
