I have had a great experience here with my physiotherapy!Dr. Samana has been a lovely help, guiding me through the rehabilitation of my knee. She is easy to understand and breaks down everything so well. I have enjoyed having her as my physiotherapist and she has helped me recover much quicker than expected. My rehabilitation program is well thought out and tailored specifically to my injury and the sporting activities I like to do.She is the best in the business!

My experience at Burjeel Hospital for Advanced Surgery has been smooth and great. From my surgery day to getting physiotherapy, I am very content with my healing treatment course and the people there. Dr Basil is a great spine surgeon and treats his patients with deliberate care. Thanks to him, I am now completely pain free from all the symptoms I used to have pre surgery. After my surgery, I was referred to physiotherapy with Barry. He is a great physiotherapist who takes the time to answer your questions, teaches his patients everything they need for their healing with accuracy and care. I felt physically restored and relieved after a couple of sessions with him, as well as understanding my spine better and become aware of its structure. The knowledge Barry shares has definitely contributed to my healing process. Out of all the places I tried physiotherapy, my experience with Barry has been the best.

Very good experience. My physiotherapy sessions with azhar have been really helpful in getting me back to activity after my ankle issues. He’s got great knowledge of the athlete’s body & the movements & stress involved, and hence remodels his sessions to suit us specifically. Exceptional service and speed. Ability to handle large volumes of patients seamlessly. We had over 135 PCR tests booked for an event recently and the entire process of arranging the tests, team Sent by Burjeel and the results were nothing short of miraculous. Our international athletes and staff were extremely impressed and we have already decided to use Burjeel exclusively for all our corporate and event medical service needs.

From the very start of my journey to get treated, the staff at Burjeel took great care of me and ensured the best level of service, starting with Romina at the nursing department, who helped me with my assessment and initial testing and gave me an introduction to the treatment journey. To the amazing Dr. Nader Darwish who performed my kneecap ligament reconstruction incredibly well, ending 10 years of doubt and fear. To Azhar at the physiotherapy department who is ensuring my rehab period goes on the right track. The effort put in by all the staff members is obvious and it feels very good to know you’re in safe, competent hands and minds.

Burjeel hospital has one of the best physiotherapy departments in the UAE. I have been here for several sessions for my knee and cervical issues. I was being provided with very good service in return with a guarantee that the problem can be solved.Dr. Samana took care of my knee issue. She taught me several knee stretching exercises that helped me to overcome my pain within a short span. She is very friendly and knowledgeable too.Back end support and the call centre support is quite poor in here. Any feedbacks given, are not taken into consideration or changed though they accept it to be valid.

Dr. Krishna Prasad MEDA (KP MEDA) and his sweetest nurse Yesse exceeded all the expectations we had. My family friend had 2 failed surgeries on he foot and ankle and was going through severe pain. Dr. KP identified the issue immediately and suggested the corrective surgery plan on the spot. We received charges estimate very next day after the follow up appointment and have full confidence in Dr and his team. Looking forward to schedule the surgery and fix the issue once and for all. Great service and follow up from the staff. The doctors are very well trained and made me feel very comfortable with the procedure. The only feedback would be the waiting time for the registration could be reduced.

Samana took cate if me really well and in 5 sessions I almost felt like before the injury. The staff is also really really nice. Shaikha has always taken care of me before each session and after to make sure that everything is fine.

Firstly appreciate the front end health care workers who risk their lives in this pandemic period. We have no grievance against them.Though this hospital has expert physiotherapy department and experienced doctors, the back end support is pathetic. There is no direct line to reach hospitals, you will be promised a call back which doesnt happen in eternity. There is absolutely no link between external customer care team and hospital. You will never know when they have applied for next level insurance approval, things will happen at its pace and not as per your urgency. In our case after 5 days of visit we just came to know that MRI request was not even applied , that too once we started following up!!The washroom lacks safety, my wife was locked up inside ( along with a small kid) the washroom as the door was jammed and the emergency helpline never lead to any help. She survived the incident as she was strong enough. This is certainly not upto the standards Burjeel claims to be!!

I would like comment on the physiotherapy during the period with Dr. Tampha was very impressed to say that my wife is extremily statisfied with the sessions and during the treatment the attitudes was very generousgive the best guides with out any hesitaion It was a great job done

I went here to do a 2nd opinion as with my first consultation from the other hospital wanted me to do the surgery.Id like to commend the doctors that treated me. First, to Dr. Knebel. Hes the one that advised me that my case doesnt need a surgery. He examined my knee problem thouroughly. He then endorsed me to Dr. Faisal and Dra. Sayyed.They worked wonders. After my 5 sessions with them, my knee pain is gone and has greatly improved.Thank you also to all the staff at B1.

We saw Dr Gavin when our daughter broke her tibia. From the first appointment we really liked the wholistic approach whereby both the doctor and the physiotherapist were present. Not only did the bone need to heal properly but she also had to learn how to move around on crutches, go up and down stairs etc. Mr Yohan was instrumental in helping her overcome her fear of falling in order to build cofidence to be mobile again. After 2 months in 2 casts her leg muscles needed a lot of strengthening. Mr Yohan helped her with strengthening, both during the sessions and with exercises to do at home. Both Dr Gavin and Mr Yohan are great with kids and their collaboration in the healing process is really an asset to Burjeel.

Bad experience of the hospital and doctor I visited didn’t really care to try help solve my issue. I was referred to an MRI which showed no issue to my injury, But the doctor happily told Me to “just live with my life” which I find that unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hospital for sport injuries.Updated 14/7/ 21** these guys still havent responded to the email I sent in regards to their response to my review**

I was planning to go to USA for my shoulder and hand surgery. Fortunately, my surgeon at Johns Hopkins persuaded me to do this in Dubai. He reviewed the several options I gave him. But after speaking with Dr. Machani, he insisted that I do the operation with him. I am glad I listened to him. Dr Machani is very caring and highly skilled surgeon. He went out of his way to make me comfortable with the procedure. My surgeries went well and the recovery was quicker than I expected. Thank you Doc!

I can’t express enough how happy I am with my experience at burjeel hospital. I had an ACL injury and I came to Dr. nader Darwish and I couldn’t fully extend or bend my knee. I was supposed to have my surgery with another doctor but when I went for a second opinion with Dr. nader he said that my knee wasn’t ready for a surgery although he didn’t know that I was having my operation next day, so I cancelled my surgery and started the treatment with Dr. nader at once he put on Physiotherapy with the best physiotherapist ( Azhar) in the hospital luckily, Azhar worked on my knee mobility and I managed to gain full range of motion. Then the surgery went perfectly and the staff were amazing and the nurses were very nice! The Physiotherapy after the surgery I decided to continue it with Azhar because simply my progress was great with him and he knows what’s he’s doing! I’m very grateful for this hospital, Dr Nader Darwish and importantly Azhar 👌🏻.

I have had 2 shoulder surgeries (different shoulders) and my then 10 year old daughter had pins put into her broken arm at Burjeel under Dr Machani.I cannot recommend highly enough Burjeel and Dr Machani. Surgery, treatment and Physio were exceptional which led to me having a speedy and full recovery.

I had surgery for a separated shoulder with Dr. Erik Hohmann and physiotherapy with Richard Jackson, both were excellent.Dr. Erik was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. He was kind, professional and up to date with the most recent surgical techniques. Most importantly, the surgery was successful!Richard Jackson was recommended to me by Dr. Erik and he was also great. Richard was very friendly and completely involved for the entirety of every physio session. I was never just sitting with heat or ice on my shoulder. Bad hospitality unprofessional staff rude , i had my appointemt in MRI dept i went half an hour before my appointemnt they didnt let me to do because they accepted a walk in patient instead of me with 3 MRI to be done and im the one with booked appointment they didnt let me do mine i raised a compalin to the manger by his turn he did nothing except letting me to go and the patient inside with the walkin Mri for them is Vip patient but the rest of their patients like me are not
