If I could I would give it zero stars, I would. I had visited the salon with my friend. We had consulted with him prior on the balayage we desired and he gave us an amount, however when we had arrived he had asked us to do additional changes which resulted in a higher price. The hair washing process was very painful. The outcome had not been as per the reference picture. Finally the result had also left my hair quite damaged.The only plus point would be that Bill was an incredibly nice person, however cannot say the same about the receptionist.

Wife went there for a hair coloring and cut. Despite even showing a sample from THEIR OWN Instagram account of what she wants, giving kind of Balayage, the outcome is not even close from what it should have been. Not only incapable to meet colors but even giving wrong/no shading, telling her that it would get better after several washings. Absolute no go. Horror job.

If i could give this half a star i would. The result was not what i wanted even after showing a reference picture. The receptionist was incredibly judgemental and my friend and i felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. While Bill was really nice, the service was not upto mark. However, after a few washes my hair was much better but still not the desired result. My hair is also curly so the hair wash was extremely unbearable.

Excellent, a nice experience and Im very happy with my hair cut, my hair feels wonderful. My first visit and Tony is a great stylist with a very positive energy and aura about him (so the 5 stars 😊).. He listened to what I was wanting and tailor picked me exactly what I asked and even convinced me to go shorter on the hair and I have only been receiving positive feedback on the look thereafter.Thanks for a lovely experience and additional services! would definitely trust again!

Not recommended at all. There are many other places in the same area offering a much better service and prices.

I will certainly try Tony & Billy again. Hairstylist Zaid gave me a smart haircut that suited both my personality and hair-texture. My hair was treated with a protein mask giving it a beautiful lustre. Thanks so much Tony & Billy Hair Studio. Excellent service!

Its a wonderful experience, location is excellent and had a best cut of my life, whole team is mastered in art of cutting and colouring.

Had a haircut done by Műrsel Danişman, he is fantastic and very experience hair stylist. He designed a very beautiful hairstyle for me. Will difinitely come back to him.

The worst saloon. Unprofessional and rude receptionist, who lost the appointments. Bad quality of services - cover hasn’t stayed, the form is bad.Surprise to see such an unprofessional place at 5 star hotel.

Staff cant speak english. never any appointments. told me to just cancel my groupon as I couldnt get an appointment ever! they wouldnt apologise. I was then told they have appointments for hotel staff but not for groupon.............. 100% should not be part of a 5 star hotel. Reception staff was unprofessional and rude and quite a few people say the same based on the reviews.***my reply to Excuse me we told you that we are fully book not you can’t book an appointment thanks for understanding -NOT TRUE. I SPOKE TO 3 PEOPLE ON MY CALL - ALL WERE RUDE AND SIMPLY TOLD ME CANCEL GROUPON. YOU RARELY HAVE FREE APPOINTMENTS- IVE TRIED TO CALL MANY TIMES. I WAS ALSO TOLD TODAY BY THE FIRST PERSON PICKING UP THE CALL THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE AVAILABILITY FOR GROUPONS. ACCEPT YOU ARE WRONG, AND THAT YOUR STAFF HAVE POOR COMMUNICATION AND FIX THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF DENYING THE ISSUES. I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON TO COMMENT ON YOUR STAFF ANSWERING THE PHONE.

The stylist was super nice,made me feel at ease and did not feel so bad for my badly damaged hair🙈.He did an awesome job to give me a new look.Thank you
