I had a breast implant replacement by Dr Rory McGoldrick in May 2021 following previous unsuccessful reconstruction attempts after breast cancer. My confidence in getting fixed was slim, but I had no need to worry. I would highly recommend Dr Rory for both his professionalism and for his compassion for his patients.

I received as a 50th birthday present, a facial at Lutetia, it was by far the best facial I have ever had. From checking in to leaving the staff were professional and friendly. They use high end products and my skin felt excellent. Joanne the aesthetician was excellent and highly informative. The ambience is calming and serene and the decor very tasteful.

I love the whole service and atmosphere at Lutetia & Mosab in particular is a fantastic barber with great attention to details and for over a year now has given me the exact cuts I ask for. Very happy 😊

Paid for some hair restoration . Operation in Dec 2019. I followed the advice of the clinic. In late feb, i had a follow up . I advised the clinic, the right side of my hair restoration was not what i expected. They said give it time. Revisited 10 days ago. (late June) Surgeon who conducted the operation was also not happy with the work, however blamed me for not following the process. He also stated sports would effect the outcome. He suggested it was because i take supplements and that he was 100% in the clear. He accused me of requesting a refund. At the time, i was not. The representative said they would fix it. We agreed to delay the next round of surgery. However i have sent several emails and non are being responded to. I am really unhappy with the way the surgeon dealt with the meeting - exonerating himself rather than taking responsibility. Next stop DHA.4 month update. i went back to the clinic. A new surgeon ( the other had left) He fixed the issue and did a superb job . So i am now a happy customer

The worst customer service. Burn your money at home better than waste your time with them.I wanted to have an anti-pigmentation for my face as they’re advertised on the entertainer. I’ve booked then realised that they had a normal facial not an anti-pigmentation. So I was so disappointed and was treated very unprofessionally. Later they changed it on entertainer to manipulate me. My advice; never go there!

I was very nervous & the staff kept me at ease at all times. Rory has been very professional & caring through each stage of my surgery process. Im over the moon with my results and I feel so much more confident within myself. I recommend all my clients & friends to go see Rory for all their surgery needs. By far the BEST in Dubai!

Great place, both the clinic and the barber. I have been there a few times and they treated me very kindly. I was impressed with the decoration and the equipment but mainly with the professional level of the staff. The doctor explained me the root cause of my problem in depth but in a simple way so I could understand it and gave me different treatment options without pushing me to go for the most expensive but for the most effective. I totally recommend this place, I honestly think they are on another level compared to most of the clinics in Dubai.

I give the clinic zero stars , because of the way this clinic is treating the patients . The amount of disrespect and irresponsibility this clinic has towards the patients is unreal. I was late for 5 minutes because of traffic note that I’ve booked an appointment 1 month ago with the doctor and the appointment is 60 minutes long ,they asked me to leave in a very disrespectful manner . I do not recommend it’s very unprofessional

I found this clinic from google search as I was looking for some kind of clinic like the one in Harrods London to improve my tiring look. Somehow I was so unfortunate the manager said I was the only 1% who got over dose, sudden cancellation of appointments from their celebraty doctor. Horrible experience I had!

The clinic is a complete joke.. I have paid 30 thousand dirhams for a beard transplant (didnt get the results yet its been 4 months) I started losing hair on top of my head in the process and got oily skin conditions after my transplant considering my skin was ALWAYS dry! My beard stopped growing and guess why? BECAUSE IT GOT INFECTED! And i complained to the clinic loads of times and visited back to back they didnt know what the cause was) until one of the doctors there gave me antibiotics and steroids that helped my swelling go away, after the payment the clinic doesnt seem to be that attentive to my problems it seems, Im just waiting 2 more months and if my condition is worse Im going to have to make a complaint with the dha. Ps they told me the doctor will follow up with me throughout the whole process..guess how many times i’ve seen the doctor..0. I’ve visited an endocrinologist in another hospital and waiting for my results to see what seems to be the problem but most likely the doctor without even seeing the results asked me if i’ve been given cortisol medication? And guess what YES i have from LUTETIA! Im waiting for my results and if this problem cannot be fixed i’ll have to file a complaint to the Dha.

Professional staff and facilities above the highest standards. Management took care of every possible detail and they are great to work with. The clinic surely does have the French feel to it thanks to its roots in Paris.

It is a nice place with amazing interior design, nice staff and customer services. But non of the cosmetic services that i have had there have had the satisfying result.I have had 4 medical facials relatively expensive which only caused break out of spots and exactly the opposite result that I wanted and the responses each time was “you will see the result after the second or third session! Well… in that case he first one shouldn’t be a full price if my skin is going to be even worse! I have also had hair laser removal that I finished a full course. 4 months passed the last session I must say the result is Very unsatisfactory, I see no difference. It is extremely disappointing because the clinic is beautiful and everyone is so lovely. Maybe it’s the equipment!

I was not very impressed with this spa. I felt I got a better and more advanced service at LOccitanes spa in Furjairah and SensAsia, as well as Kaya Clinics. I used entertainer vouchers to try this place. Not impressed.

Even though the doctor promised me great results I had NO results whatsoever from the PLEXR precure done twice at Maison Lutetia. Zero result- unfortunately money and time wasted.

No doubt you will be impressed with Pristine luxurious facilities,And so handy, it is located in my neighbourhood, very friendly attentive staffs.I went for consultation and tried botox on forehead area, I wish I would have studied myself instead of relying on practitioner consultation cuz usually recommends unnecessary procedures to upsells.So I am glad I just had it done on forehead area and looking foward to it wears off, Right now my impression reminds of the Joker, bit hideous look. But It was pain free however I do not recommend to Asian profiles customer, Practioner is inexperienced with.And I am myself from South Korea and written in detail they asked to fill up. However kept on addressing me as Chinese which is stereotyped, which proves lack in knowledge, experience and details.
