They are not professional an will definitely ruin your day!We don’t recommended this salon.Receptionist is not accomodating and the worst part...they are smoking in the area where there’s signage of NO SMOKING!We have called and booked but ridiculously waited for an hour! Imagine, no one bother to ask and mention that we have to wait for such time.The attendant for the moroccan bath is so rude that resulted us to leave the premise.. its too much!We booked an appointment to relax and not to ruin our night!We will not recommend this spa at all!Worst customer service!

Very Bad Experience for Moroccan Bath they have 3 beds yet they are putting 5 people in one room and let other people stand on the side wet while waiting for them to finish other customers very inappropriate ways to cater guests especially such service, Thieves, they will ripped you off giving you false promotion and then if you take the promotion they will charge you extra for Loofah which should be consider part of promotion yet they will inform you later on and ripped you off. Never consider trying this salon nor taking promotions coz even their employees cant do proper Mani/pedicure waste of money Bad customer service, reception is very lazy and doesnt know how to entertain guest. Overall Bad experience and for sure not coming back.
