Update- the owner responded immediately once my review below was posted that I had to email my request as they were very busy with intake for the new season. So I asked on WhatsApp (to whoever was manning it), why they never told me I had make a request via email. The response was…’double check if I have a boy or a girl’. I have no words…. The age appropriate class was on Sunday, today is Monday. Seriously moving on!After 4 x attempted phone calls and multiple WhatsApp messages to secure a class for my daughter, I’m moving on. They don’t answer phones or messages. It’s a shame as the actual lesson was recommended to me. A responsive receptionist will bring your clients back.

Giving it one star for the whole experience. Sports wise it is good for kids, but accessibility wise is very difficult for parents unless you live nearby and can drop your kids and go back home. They provide no waiting area except in 50 degrees outside, so if you are dropping your kids there for an hour, expect to wait 1 hour in your car in summer time. The AC of my car blew up while waiting there! I hope this feedback tells the managers to invest in parents waiting area.

Professional trainers for children. Nice and clean.

Great trainers, i can see improvement which i didnt see in other well known gyms! The only thing i hate is the seating area as it is not comfortable at all to sit there for 2 hours on a plastic seat that has no back! Wish there was a cafeteria or a small proper coffee machine as the one with coins does not always work and the vending machine is overpriced! If only you could work on having regular tables and chairs instead of the steps and a small coffee shop it would make a huge difference.

We have called the number listed and the lady confirmed that a class on saturday will take place at 10am, she even took my daughter name and age. we went there on Saturday following the google map that led us to a school we went around the school many times to find a sign for this gym, no name is mentioned anywhere there. By chance we found someone from the school who took us to a gym and said maybe it is rented by this Aspire company... and again there was no one in the gym. we have called the Aspire number 10 times and no answer. what a bad experience...
