Very Nice location, Horrible maintenance team, Pool is always closed , gym is super dirty , Security is never there , they charge you for all maintenance and never show up. The owner villa is next door and he makes people sleep in gym and room next door so you have workers looking at you always ... Super pathetic

The villa is good in design but finishing is below average . There is no team to maintain and provide support to the tenants requests . Swimming pool is under construction for ages , the gym is in bad shape ! The compound has potential if it’s managed better.

The villas is well designed but finishing is not professional. The service needs more team for plumbing and electrical maintenance. The swimming pool is sufficient and Gem is not having variety. The Gem needs a TV or at least a music player. There is nearly no specific security guard. The compound needs too many small details to be compared to other complexes.

The villas are very spacious nd the compound is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area in Al Barsha with all the facilities there
