Very spacious room and good lighting. This is always an important factor for me when choosing a place to train. the hall is equipped with the latest exercise equipment and has everything you need. The best part is a separate ladies zone! thank you so much for that! every girl can train and not be distracted by different nonsense. I will come back here again!

I love the vibe in this gym. The minimalist interior design and dimmed light create a special atmosphere. It’s also super spacious and has different areas for boxing, CrossFit and machines. They also have group classes. And the prices are very good.

I hadnt stepped inside a gym for years & decided I need to get back into a healthy routine, this gym is phenomenal!!! From the moment I walked in to the moment I finally made it back to my car, the whole experience was great, friendly staff, good music, a New York feel & an incredible selection of equipment & classes. The music selection & decor is probably the most unique in Dubai. Although they probably have almost every piece of equipment you can ask for, the workout areas need to be marked out more clearly. My biggest peeve though was the fact that they have no freely available drinking water despite being a premium gym, the only way to get water is to go to the upstairs cafe & buy 2 bottles because thats the minimum card spend.

I dont think Id ever given my beloved Warehouse Gym that Ive been a member of since 2016 anything less than 5 stars. Lately, this has changed for a number of reasons:1) The latest experience was yesterday (26/06/21) at around 3pm at the reception. I had swiped by card on the regularly faulty card scanner and went through to start my workout.As I was about to begin, I was interrupted by the staff member who told me to head to the reception to speak with her regarding my membership, something that has always been done upon my entrance to the gym or when I was leaving for the past 5 years, not as Im about to start my workout.When I reached the reception she explained in an impolite tone that they had tried to get me to renew twice. It is actually the first time anyone had asked me to renew and if I were simply reminded via email, on the phone or when I was leaving, I wouldve done it with no issue.Overall, it was disrespectful and unnecessary to handle the situation in this way.Ive been coming here for 5 years and Im certainly not destitute to run away from paying fees. Please dont treat me as if Im a thief or dishonest person avoiding payment by chasing me into the gym.Id kindly ask that next time, you do this via email as most modern, up-to-date businesses do, on the phone or kindly when Im leaving the gym.2) There is a box in the CrossFit area that is in poor condition with needles coming out the sides. Ive reminded the staff numerous times that this needs to be either repaired or removed to avoid hurting people. I got scratched by it and it couldve been worse. Many of your CrossFit barbells need grease as well. Also, something Ive reminded you about. For a gym of this price range competing with likes of Train SF or Seven, your equipment needs to be up to standard.Lastly, Id kindly ask you respond to this review unlike the generic message youve left for others as seen in the screenshots.Best,Issa

One of the best gym in Dubai,the gym have so much space and good equipment...the music is amazing and the stuff are very friendly and helpful.They follow the Covid restrictions rule and there is plenty of space for social distancing,sanitization products are next to all machines and equipment.For a women who wants to work out with their own space,there is a fully equipped gym dedicated for women’s only.

Its a good place, but I found it too crowded, difficult to park and cleaning standards lower than other branches. I will be going more to other than locations such as Ibn Batuta or DIFC that have a better user experience. Only reason for me to go here was to follow some of my favourite instructors.

Gym designed in a nice way which will gives you a privacy even when it’s crowded.Details to be Improved:1- A/c problem , gym is always hot and the smell is not fresh at all specially in the peak time2- Towels are not always available, usually i visit the gym around 10:30 pm and in just one week three times they were out of towels and had to play without it and this not comfortable at all.3-treadmills are not enough.

I go there for two years now.. Love the vibe. And shaz the boxing coach is awesome... Needs some work on the boxing area though.. It s only two sand bags and the rest is just water bags.. Boxing is not really given its worth in space and equipments

I’ve been a member for 10 months and haven’t heard a single “no we can’t do that”. They’re always ready to solve any issue they’re presented with.I can simply say I found my gym :)

Some members are very smelly! I already spoke to the gym management and they did nothing about it! The smell is so bad you cant even workout.

With 4 branches (each designed differently which is great,) in different parts of town, picking this gym is a no-brainer. Good music, great equipment, great energy. I’ve been a member for 2 years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommended.

The best gym in Dubai to train in. Best equipment and best vibe to be in. The classes are world class and the trainers understand your goals well to help you reach the best version of yourself.

The gym equipment is decent in terms of selection, quality however is fast deteriorating. This is understandable, since the gym is very popular. However, what makes no commercial sense whatsoever, is that their equipment at the other less popular branches are maintained to the highest standard. Whilst I understand that investments are needed in the new branches in order for their brand to expand and considering the fact that because the Al Quoz branch is both the original branch and the most popular, of course the equipment will wane over time. However, what confuses me is the fact they have invested so little in upgrading and maintaining this gym.The temp in the summer reaches near 30 degrees, almost like a greenhouse effect.The changing rooms are near unbearable in the mornings, even in winter, due to little or no ventilation. The soap in the showers is like a weak fairy liquid, when the other branches have changing rooms that match the standard of a professional sports team facility! Sad to see since the gym has brilliant staff, good trainers and a general positive vibe. More attention should be paid to where they prioritize their investment (and which branches) if they want to keep the members satisfied.

Very hard to book a single class, the staff at the reception always say they are fully booked, if you are not a member. Also not able to book online, only calls. Quite dissapointed.

Very well equipped, classes, PTs, restaurant, prepackaged healthy foods, protein etc.Showers are perfect, towels provided, not the cheapest but Id recommend just for the amount of equipment provided. Anything from light cardio up to body building and strong man custom fabrications. Wasnt made to feel inferior either, as a toned but slim guy didnt feel out of place stood next to the hulk 🤣 ( the man was a mounting)

This is an excellent gym with a wide range offering of classes: Boxing, Circuit, etc there is also stations for power and weightlifting as well as regular machines. Staff is very friendly. The only reason I wouldn’t rate it 5-stars is due to the cleanness of the bathrooms and shower areas. I am sure it is not on the staff as they cannot keep up with how busy this gym gets especially during rush hours. I highly recommend adding more people to the cleaners team to keep up

This gym is easily located and has a great vibe. The staff are great and the equipment extensive. Spacious, airy and well appointed. The place wasnt too packed when I visited and why else does a gym nut need? Plenty of calibrated plates nd eleiko bars. Crossfit area - check. Sled track - check. Oh, they also have a nice cosy cafe upstairs.

After covid this gym has fell tremendously in quality they replaced roof with glass panel so sunlight leaks in and yet they disabled the air conditioning while putting clorox and detol all the time so basically its a hotbox of detergents with no ventilation and if there is a covid member he can spread it easily since its a matchbox of detergents with ZERO VENTILATION. I feel suffocated every time I come here now, its temperature is at 28 c and you cant breath in clean air inside this gym, if your goal is to be fit, WH gym after covid is managed in a way that sets your health back more than any gains from exercise.. such sloppy management that cares more about installing membership checking machines instead of focusing on keeping it well ventilated safe and healthy temperatures to be able to exercise. Simply put with face mask poor ventilation and detergents you will feel ready to die in this gym.

Amazing gym just a few minutes walk away from Mall of the Emirates.This gym has a large selection of machines and free weights. There are also many classes you can attend throughout the week.Theres a cafe that serves healthy snacks and drinks.If you want to visit on Friday after hours, call ahead to confirm theyre 24 hours. I believe they close at 10pm on Fridays if it is not Ramadan.

I started out liking this gym but then i got my money stolen while my bag was locked inside a locker. They didn’t do anything about it as they said that there are no cameras in the ladies section. What makes me sure it was stolen there was because i was at the gas station withdrawing money right before going to the gym. And when my money went stolen i went to check the cctvs at the gas station and the money was right there in my wallet. Very disappointed at this gym and i feel very unsafe there.

Good staff, plenty of equipment, never need to wait too long. Ladies gym only separated. Food and water available for extra price. 2 towels a person for workout.

Quite literally the only gym Ive been to in Dubai that Ive felt both motivated and comfortable to train in. The dim lights allow for a more personal and focused session, and the members are generally all respectful of the facility and other gym-goers. Its rare to see such a mix of different training types and fitness levels merge into one space so seamlessly.

One the best gyms with high quality equipments. The only drawback is the spotlights in the weights area which is quite depressing. A bit more light will do a lot good.

Just called them now, 15:20 on the 9th,to inquire about business hours, pricing and contracts. Was met by a very rude and unpleasant receptionist who simply hung up the phone... This is highly unprofessional, rude, and not a pleasant experience at all.

Huge and well equipped GYM. They also do classes for boxing, crossfit, some sport dancing etc. Professional trainers, lovely personnel. Affordable prices. Has small cafeteria, changing/shower rooms. Would say - one of the best GYMS in Dubai. It has anything you might need.

This gym was once a upon a time a great gym but it seems that the staff is prioritizing their pockets over their customer service. The Manager - Michael is disrespectful and we were refused to enter a class on the basis of a THREE MINUTE DELAY - which even CEOs of the most international firms can be subject to. Not only that but the Manager forgets that the client is key and that the only way his gym can ever work is if he provides good customer service instead of RAISING HIS VOICE and DISRESPECTING his members!!!! He had a million possibilities of apologizing for the inconvenience or suggesting an alternative to our training while requesting us to come in advance. Instead he decided to play the blame game and justify HIS overbooking on us - all the while of course mentioning that he does not get paid enough for this. Michael - dont resent your LOYAL customers because of the cost of living. After 3 years of weekly visits, we will never enter this gym again and advise every one of our friends against us. We come to the gym to relax not to be subject to any disrespect from any customer service provider. The worst experience ever before a full day of work & we dont need that - there are a gazillion gyms out there who are capable of treating us at least without any disrespect and humiliation.

Came at 7 am just before work and it was locked and closed with no employees. They are lying about being 24hours. Just a marketing gimmick to get people to sign up. I will report them to the correct authorities and cancel my membership. What a waste of time.

The place used to be good when they had just opened, it was clean and organized unlike my last visit. The machines were filthy, extremely sweaty and there were towels of a lot of people just lying around on the machines.Hygiene has gone down I hope they will look into this.
