I really like it! I recommend to workout here for sure...they have perfect machines and all You need is there for perfect trening... Receptionist are very helpful and friendly with warm smile 👏🤗I appreciate they hard work with the cleaning as well...

Very poor customer service. They take your money and then no support. There is a lot of coach but no use they don’t teach me anything. 2 session with trainer for 3 months membership and which is 2 hours totally even they don’t teach properly and I had to spend almost one month working out by myself. DO NOT GO . WORSE GYM EVER👎🏻I don’t suggest anyone😐

Small area for ladies and very bad smell

Used to be good but now has become poor. Mens shower area has been reduced considerably in size post-renovation. Hygiene & cleanliness has reduced ALOT post-renovation. Service has become way below par. The good things about the gym are tht its cheap & its less crowded compared to most gyms. Wont be renewing my membership for sure.

Very bad serviceI had a complaint about Renee the guy who is acting as a manager didn’t solve the customer problem and instead teaching me how to deal with him!! They are a big spam... keep texting and calling and at the time of accepting to renew again their girl told me i am out! I kept calling for 3 days since i cancelled my other plan and wanted to renew with them! But none of them texted me!

Very poor customer service. There is a guy called Earl who only wants to take your money and then no support. Their general manager Rene is even worse and when my coach left suddenly, neither coach or the GM informed me and I had to spend two weeks working out by myself. DO NOT GO HERE!

I was visiting first time to see the place and explore the possibilities of joining maybe.The sales guy was trying to convince me to join immediately and make payment. I asked him that I am interested in trial for couple of days and then I might join. I was asking for more than just one day just like what other clubs offer.He got angry and said I have no offer for you and he took his papers and just left me.I was really offended by this kind of disrespect and arrogance. So I just left the place wondering if this is really true.Never never will come back again to this place.

I started going to this gym back in 2012, And have seen no development since then. The equipment is very old and limited. The personal trainers will offer you no help unless you pay them and its only for 10 sessions. Water used to be free back then but they removed the water funnel and made a mini canteen where you can buy water for 3 AED. Its mostly crowded from 5 PM to 8 PM ( 17:00 - 20:00 ). They have recently increased their prices for no reason. The sales department there will try and convince you to go for the 1 year package which is 1999 AED so they can have their commission although other packages are available. I don’t really recommend this gym because its profitable mainly.

The gym is small, dont have good variety of equipment, expensive for what they provide and the few of the machines are rusty.

-Good location-Parking available-Shared suggestions with the manager, got a replay (quote) Yes we are not stupid we noticed that(unquote). I believe there are better and professional ways to deal with customers.

Its a fun compact gym, everything is easily available and the staff is very friendly

I booked thru classpass a class and when I came it was still in renovation 😑, dont include it, if ur not available.

5+ years in this gym ( because its the closest to my house ) , super slow improvement .. coach haitham is the only good coach in the gym .. very helpful , music is so bad its all love songs and relationship songs ( not the best songs to play for members ) thank god for headphones, bathrooms are average and theres no proper place for praying

I’m a member in this gym and this is the second time I join it! Why you might ask? Great personal trainers and it’s very close to my house, other than that wow just let me tell you about the disgrace area they call “ ladies section “ old squealing machines, I mean if I forgot to bring my headphones I’m gonna have headache for days.. just go have a listen to the treadmills, and how can I forget the disgusting smelly bathrooms in the ladies area. I pay thousands of Dirhams for noisy outdated equipments and stinky bathrooms. Hope management see this review and do something about it.

The worst gym in UAE small and the smell is bad the trainers is useless and does not know how to train you well 10 days with a trainer will cost 2500aed and 20 days 4000aed ,all of the useless old machines is broken iwish that they close this cheap gym DO NOT JOIN!!!!

This has to be the worst 1st impression encounter I have EVER had. I never write reviews, but seriously dont bother going to this gym!!! Worst gym approach and experience Ive ever witnessed!! If there were minus star ratings Id be hitting the very least!!I entered through the ladies gym section which was unmanned so was left trying to figure out how to check this place out... by the time I got in, 1st staff member was busy with a client so totally understandable, 2nd staff member basically orders me into some back room that lead to an office, 3rd staff member was soooooo aggressive in his approach I just had to make sure I wrote a review! There was no hi, how are you?, please follow me, how can I help you... NOTHING. Then swiftly orders me... yes, doesnt request, ORDERS me to sit down. I tell him Im ok il stand, he directs again to sit down because he needs to get my details as hes holding some papers that look like a registration paper?!???! Mind you, there has been absolutely no conversation up till this point other then this specific directive!!!I tell him I just want the rates and Im fine to stand I dont need to sit down, he says he cant give me the rates without my details... I reply Im not giving you my number, I just want to rates.. he grabs his papers, puffs his chest out like so dramatically I thought it was a joke and doesnt say anything and scurrys off, leaving me in this weird back office room! I start to follow him and say are you saying your not going to give me the rates or any details at all, he replies no thats why you have to sit down and give details or I cant give you any information. He then snobs me off and marched to the front desk with a sarcastic thank you maam with the most disgraceful attitude Ive ever seen in a gym, and in my 25yrs experience of being in and around gyms, it was appalling. I asked to see the manager and he said he was. So Earl, The Manager... gets my vote for THE WORST PR skills Ive ever seen 100%... the 1 star rating goes to the poor female staff who remained level headed and atleast apologised... Earl the worst gym manager in the history of mankind!!!!

It is located in Al Karama directly opposite the dxn store, but its prices are not suitable for me. As for other people, I do not know and it is easy to reach also near the Karama post office

Any member of the club has the right to freeze his subscription. This was written in their contract. When I called for freezing my membership to enter the holy month, they refused to freeze the subscription on the grounds that I had participated in the offer period and there is no text in the contract stating that I could not file a complaint to protect consumers because I lost a copy of the contract When the club demanded a copy of it, I was not provided with it
