I’ve been training at this gym for the last 2 years and I can’t put into enough words how much I’ve benefitted in terms of doing movements with as safe of a technique as possible, eating in a healthy manner, being disciplined when it comes to training, and being respectful to others. Through the community and the coaches at this gym I gathered enough knowledge to go from a 120kgs deadlift to a 220kgs deadlift. The gym is well maintained and allows people to have their own personal space.

Best gym in dubai! Such a great gym with a great community. I had personal training sessions from Patrik and havent been able to deadlift or squat in 4 years. Knees hurt walking up stairs and shoulder issues during the bench press. Now Im deadlifting 95kg, squating 70kg, benching 82.5kg with no pain!

Outstanding weightlifting and powerlifting spot! The coaches are kind and very helpful.. positive and focused atmosphere! Also super clean! Membership fee is affordable.
