Have been to zoom many times but never experienced the way this guy called Ramil -23857 behaved today. He was extremely rude and doesnt know how to talk with customers. I purchased Tiffany nutty bites which in the photo is showing AED 11.75 but he charged me AED 12. When I confronted him he said its this price if you want take it otherwise leave and go. When I told him this is not the way to talk with customers he said do whatever you want to do, go and complain and take photo of my batch as well I dont care. I have registered a complain against this with zoom customer care. Lets see what action they take.

Zoom is a mini-mart stocking almost all the necessary consumables targeted at the working/visiting masses at Dafza.There is a fairly good selection of light snacks, soft and dairy drinks, and sweets offered.

Good for daily stuff and munching in office area.
