Good service, good food, I had a Cesar salad which was very good but did not really had the opportunity to try other pieces of the menu.

Excellent food and excellent service. Prices are definitely on the higher end but well worth the food quality.

What an experience!The venue is classy yet not pretentious. The service, thanks to Mina, was unparalleled. He was so attentive and we truly felt great thanks to him. We had goats cheese and crab cake for starters and I would have the same again any day. As for the main course, we had the Kobi ribeye steak and an Angus. The quality of meat was sublime.Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Every time I make a stop in Dubai when traveling I dont think twice to visit this place , I wont tell you about how my steak was ON POINT , no I wont tell you about how friendly and very welcoming the staff , especially Mina and Gopal ( the Egyptian guy ) and the other staff , I also wont tell you how cool was the overall of my meal . Honestly you got to try them your self .. they have good food .

The grill is in the Fairmount hotel. Wagyu Meat was good however I think the grill master was a little heavy handed on the salt.Spacious layout and good for business dinner. Service was also good.Expensive and not your everyday restaurant.

Well its definitely a steak house. Amazing and nicely cooked and marinated steak. We got the pepper steak which was huge but amazing!Definitely a nice place to go if you want good service and good food.

Dear Exchange Grill Staff,I decided to celebrate my birthday here and I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced so much attention to detail and thoughtfulness by any other staff. I want to say thank you to everyone on the Exchange Grill Staff that day.As for the review see my points below.Food - The chef perfectly cooked each meal in all aspects. All from the presentation to the sides selected were spot on.Service - The staff from the front of house to the table service never missed a beat and showed a great deal of attention to our requests, needs, and considerations. The recommendations to choose the waygu was appreciated :-)Atmosphere - The location is in a great hotel, however the location is not as lively as one may want on a birthday celebration. Nonetheless, the quietness allowed me and my guests to truly enjoy the space.Overall, i would be happy to recommend anyone to this location for the food, service and chance to relax and unwind.

Chef Prabhu does a masterful job of preparing dishes that are both tasty and pleasant to the eye. The corn soup is fantastic. Our waiter Mina was very attentive.

Its by no means cheap, but the Exchange Grill is so far, the best steak Ive had in Dubai. Nestled away on the second floor of the Fairmont, I received fantastic service from beginning to end, great wine (although I stayed away from the top end of the wine list...) I was even given a complimentary starter and dessert. I left full and happy!

We visited on Christmas Eve and it will be an evening remembered. For the quietness of the place, the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but above all for the best Châteaubriand we ever had the pleasure to share. Not cheap especially when it comes to wines. On the other hand the quality and the perfect cooking of the meat were worth the visit.

Outstanding food and service. looks a bit on the hotel lobby side and prices are high. but then the food quality just rocks it.

Excellent Steakhouse with impeccable service

I would have given a rating of 5 stars if the ribeye had been superb, I must admit that it was properly cooked as medium, but the quality of the US ribeye meat was not great.The side orders of creamy spinach, and foie gras were excellent and I highly commend the chef.Fair setting for a romantic dinner. The service was great as well.
