Wide variety of turkish products, some at reasonable price others not so much. Visited the place after finding their SZR place and having a great experience when talking to the manager.This brach, however, is another story. Visited this place last week to buy some kolbasa for salad. We tried explaining what kind we wanted but the butcher couldnt quite understand it, so we settled for something that would be categorized as medium-range in my county.When I was about to check out, I saw the price tag of AED 99/kilo and was shocked. I went back to return it and explained why, to which an older manager in green shirt replied that I cannot expect good quality and cheap price. I told him that this isnt good quality and even then, I would never buy at this price for a salad, instead of a cold cut.Long story short, ny the end of the conversation the guy turned hostile, cynical and rude. Before I left with the rest of the purchases, he was giving off yella-bye vibe.Definitely not going back to this place again. The non-treatment of a typical Carrefour is much better than this mistreatment of customers.

Amazing Hospitality, great product variety and the prices are ok for the quality provided. Would definitely recommend for some turkish products.

Was my first time there today. They are so nice and friendly. I am impressed. Fantastic selection of nice Turkish items. So nice to kids. I hope you guys are existing for long. I will come back!

Products are good quality but a bit expensive. Not sure what kind of delivery outsourced service they use but they are the only shop that needs to call 2-3 times before they deliver. I order through InstaShop on weekly basis and my address is quite detailed where other shops can deliver with no disturbance during busy days with meetings and Karakoy is not able to deliver without talking to you. I talked to the shop managers before but unfortunately no improvement. Seriously evaluating to switch to other shops that are providing similar quality of Turkish products.

Feels like little Turkey! You will find the necessary stuf you need here of which most of them will be from Turkey. Ready künefe is price worthy and easy to make once you bring it home. Definitely coming back!

One of the best places to shop if you are looking for Turkey based food. Recently expanded their portfolio with mezzet and dessert as well. Always brings the season favourites. Definitely a must destination for good Turkish food.

Acayip fena.... It was the worst midye dolma I’ve ever tried... I received it frozen🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Okay microwave solved it, the biggest surprise was inside - I couldn’t find midye😭 It was full of dry rice and on the top something reminds me “old stockings” I guess it was midye... I was so excited to find my fav food here and such a disappointment.. Do not waste your money ordering from there.

Its good to find Turkish products in Dubai . The products are already highly priced. It is just a shame that they take the current situation as an opportunity to increase their prizes even more. I bought gullac (traditional Ramadan Dessert) and the prize on the package was 21 aed - at the cashier it suddenly became 37 aed????

A place that sells great Turkish products. But prices are expensive. Despite this, I shop here. Because the things they sell are really delicious. I definitely recommend you to try it.

Such a wonderful experience added to Dubais cosmopolitan landscape. Authentic Turkish goodies priced just right in contrast to any other similar offering in town. Must visit and a long list of must trys.

Excellent products! Specially delivered from Turkey I believe. If you are Turkish, feeling homesick and craving for your local tastes, this is the place for you in Dubai. A bit expensive but considering it is exported food, I think price is fair. Staff is also very friendly

A very nostalgic and authentic Turkish supermarket to get all that you need. I just use them for the great speciality products which I like Turkish Sujouk, grilled olives and fresh cheeses.

The place has all Turkish food products including fresh vegetables. Worth a visit.

Fair to say I won’t even make through the door with utterly rude management. Piece of advise: create a “customers only parking” sign that is visible to all and don’t bark at people for your small and poorly done sign facing the wall (yes, the wall! As supposed to the driveway where it matters) - hope others can appreciate the products at least.

They import the best stuff from different parts of Turkey to the UAE. Though I am not Turkish, I have fallen in love with Turkish stuff because of Karakoy!
