“Unpleasant experience from this shop”Two weeks ago, I entered this shop, because I had to buy Kashmiri chili powder. I saw it in one bowl and checked the price and other details, but nothing was written there. I asked one guy (I think he is the owner of the shop) “Can I get Kashmiri chili powder” and then he asked me “How much” and I said that I need little only. After that I was waiting 10 minutes for him. Finally one staff member came inside and gave one packet to that guy, and he turned to me and gave me that and he said price is 8 dirhams. I’ve just paid that and left. They didn’t measure the items in front of me; also I didn’t saw where they get it from and how they packed. When I checked the bill for powder, I was shocked. It showed AED 75/- for one kg.Also that packet no price tag and no weight tag. I did research and checked price of Kashmiri chili powder in Lulu and Carrefour hypermarkets, price is AED 19 to 25. I was disappointed to see price of this powder, which is too much and also don’t have price tags & weight tag in the packet. And staff member didn’t measure items in front of customer.
Best Turkish coffee mix
We stumbled upon this hidden gem while we were in the area. The owner was pleasant and shared his knowledge of certain spices with us. He was honest and sincere, very refreshing indeed. My family and I enjoyed learning more about some ingredients he has in store. Overall; this place has various spices to cater ones spice needs. And if you’re feeling a little lost on what to get, rest assured you’re in good hands!
Incredible products that you cant find elsewhere in dubai.. Spices, preserves, yogurts, raw honey, cheeses and more. Only the best of the best. Very clean place and owner/manager is incredibly helpful and friendly.
Some of the best preserves I have come across
