I went to picasso on a Friday evening at 9pm which presumably must be a tiring part of a salesman day..But to my surprise they guided me with energy and enthusiasm for my art frame..their team was patient and even kept the frame options around my painting to suggest me the best option..I got my painting frame back the very next day and gotta appreciate the work ..pricing could be higher when compared but workmanship was very good.

I am a professional artist and producer, which means I have a lot of need and use for framers of all calibers. I also understand pricing very well and the quality behind high prices. Basically I use Picasso, only when I need a seriously quality driven job done. Their prices are high yes, but they are justified. Obviously I am not going to use them for regular smaller jobs, I have other framers for that with better pricing and simpler work. I find it very funny and downright mean when I see terrible ratings for Picasso from people who clearly dont understand framing or have some grudge. The few times I have used Picasso they were great. And I only use them for high end work that either I need to cherish or a high end client is going to. The service was great, the workmanship was great, and generally they delivered more or less on time. And lets be clear, Picasso always managed to execute some complex jobs for me, jobs others clearly stayed away from. So I definitely think they are one of the best places around if you want to invest in a painting or photo you care about.

I am an artist and an art lover.I get all of my framing and bespoke canvas needs from Picasso.The whole team are professional, kind, courteous and no job is too big or too small.I would never have been able to choose the frame combinations they suggested without their expertise and eye for product, style and taste.Pricing wise I have found it competitive and quality wise they are unmatched.I can’t recommend them enough.

I was recommended to go to Mohammed for my framing needs, particularly as one piece was quite specialist - painting on linen that was over 2m wide. I was really unsure how I was going to choose the right frame, but Mohammed really knows how to match the frames he has available with what his customers needs and tastes are - he helped me to choose an absolutely perfect design, and within less than a week his very capable team delivered and installed. I could not be happier with the result.I am sure there are cheaper options in Dubai, but I would not go there - quality and service at Picasso were first class.

Specifically to Mr Amir/ Ameer, A person who is not professionally dealing with.I do believe that customer should be respected, Hence this guy is shouting and not attending calls after getting the payment of the product.Guys please do check other shop you will just waste your time and effort dealing with this person.I look forward that this review will be rectified in a prompt manner.

Very very expensive ‘ Worst place you could go for your frames work 🖼 Very bad service ‘ very bad work ‘ disunestMost important is That they play games with you .Picasso shop is in satwa , and opposite to their shop is another shop which is also a frame shop , and they are brothers , one of their Indian workers told me , about all that , so it means their owners are 2 brothers, so as soon as we park our car 🚗 , opposite to Picasso shop , the other brother send his Indian worker come to harass us and forcing us to go to his shop with words , which is terrible work to do and also giving us too high pricess and they were very rude and the other brother which is unprofessional young man is sitting there opposite to picasso which keeps spitting. And always shouting, and he does not know anything about anything, he just think he knows . And on the other hand when we go to Picasso finally after getting away from the man oppisite to picaso frame shop - the picasso sales people they want to charm us but at the end we will end up with paying a huge amount of money and terrible service . Important part isthey keep stealing other frame shops customers by running after their customers out side in the streets , and offering false promises .... and you get end up with a bad fram and high price , so what i didnt get was ?They are brothers and they have opposite shops to each other and they don’t care about each other and keep stealing each other’s customers !!!!!!So imagine FYI what they would do to you , price wise , and work wise !!!!!Definitely not recommended to anyoneI don’t want to mention any names for frame shops available butPlease search in satwaThere are other shop near by to themWhich their work are much betterAnd their prices are much better and fair enoughHappy shoppingWe love dubai always 🇨🇦😍
