Very good for all framing needs

Needed a large mix of canvases, fabrics, paintings, posters and randomly a rug framed. Wonderful service, he really knows his stuff, relaxed and helpful when deciding frames for many items, small and massive. Very good at box framing also. Price is very good and turn around time very good!100% recommended! I’d never use anyone else in Dubai now.

Was looking and browsing for a frame maker and found a good reviews on this shop. Unfortunately, my experience was totally opposite. Called their number, spoke to guy names Yazan, and explained to him what i was looking for. He gave his whatsapp number for me to send the photos so he can quote or reject. One week passed and there was no reply. Called him and he said he will called back. Tried calling him the next day and kept cancelling my calls. Sent him a message that if he does not want to do business he can just simply say a YES or a NO! Customers expect courtesy specially if they are talking politely. Maybe their service is good but their customer service is disappointing, as for my experience!
