They take payment before service. They outsourced all the work. They only manage subcontractors. The quality of items used is the lowest and the worst. They don’t give any guarantee and they will not give any assistance after project handover. Some items were not fixed as per the Dubai Municipality requirements don’t I had to do them myself inspite of all theBIG Money they charged. No proper handover given. They left some work incomplete. The whole drainage system is totally wrongly fixed and for 3 years still am struggling with the drainage they used small piping and water doesn’t go. All carpentry works broke down within a week. Even after so many complaints, they didn’t fix anything !!! I regret working with them and don’t recommend
