We went to gift gallery today & we bought few items but we were shocked to see their code of conduct which was not acceptable.The billing staff insulted my wife plus when i asked for a feedback form the person standing at the customer service denied & said go put the review online.We are shocked with their behaviour & this is not the 1st time we have experienced this before as well.I would urge the management to take appropriate action.
