Very bad experience.waiting for long one hour to call my token .next is my turn and they entertain some customers without their token called.so I need to wait there. just behind came by me they all attend and when the 8th counter open he call my token ...and for 5 mts my problm solved and for that need to be a statue for one hour

The mall of emirates branch has the best staff. Diverse friendly and most importantly very calm. The services are amazing. The place is secured with cameras just like the rest of UAE. And they observe social distance quite well

Its too delay only 3 counter working and more than 50-60 ppls on waiting. Each counter need average 7-8 minDuring Friday everyone need to complete the personal quires with du.So advice to be more working counter on Friday as Friday is holiday.

Half knowledge peoples. Most of the time they dont know what the problem is with your number, what is going on in it. And waiting time is toooooooooooo looonnnnnggggg....

Very slow service. Too many customers after 8:30pm but they kept only 3 counters for service. Good job taking care of customers.

The place is excellent for entry and exit. As for waiting, there is no place except for two people, meaning it needs greater cooperation, especially since not most of the dealers do not speak English.
