This company is real cheaters. Dubai Labour Ministry should keep an eye on this company. They are cheating hundreds of engineers and workers . Many a workers and engineers did not get their salary for last several months. They had recruited some engineers and other staff who were on visit visa. They offered salary ad employment visa but nothing happend. Now Visit visa holders are over staying and company is not even releasing the passports of such victims. The employees are in trouble as they cant file a complaint with MOHRE (because they were on visit visa). And this company is mis-using this situation. If authority, visits their sites or office, they can easily get 5 to 29, staff who are not with valid documents. Such companies should be penalised....

-Making people to work in visit visa and not paying salary-7-9 months salary pending for the employers- Not paying subcontractors and suppliers( keep on changing the suppliers)

Never ever join the company when employment is offered! They may fancy you with high salaries and position but in reality you’ll never get paid. One of the ill hearted person you could ever meet as managing directors. They have no humanity nor a brain to think how others will survive. Even the words written on water could be traced somewhere but the HR team and management teams words couldn’t even get counted anywhere. Even when they cheat you, you’ll not be able to file a case upon them, because they have enough local contacts to nullify all your efforts; they know how to tackle the case and revert the charges back upon you. If you don’t save yourself without joining this company, no one will be able to save you!! They are group of companies with Al Madar Steel Factory at Sharjah.
