One of the best doctor I have ever met in my life.. Dr.Rachida was the one who was able to identify the issue what I was facing and moreover, she is such a good hearted lady and takes her time to listen to the patient with no rush where lots of doctors fail to make the patient to feel the same. Doctor Rachida did some tests and was not able to diagnose my condition. I also didnt receive any suggestions on how can I control my symptoms neither did I receive any follow up appointment. Anyways one week later the doctor is now on emergency leave which the staff failed to inform us while we kept waiting for her call back. Wont go here again.

Dr. Rachida Sabrane is a real doctor who cares and checks in detail the situation of the patient. She is very very very well experienced, and unlike most of the doctors in Dubai, she is not materialistic or interested in your money. She will never prescribe me anything that I didnt need. I have seen many scenarios where the patient did not have to pay as she knew he/she did not had an insurance to cover. Every time I visit her, she takes at least 30-40 minutes to check and gather the maximum information. Trust me, one of the best gastroenterologist in the country and one of the most humble and down to earth one.

Our family doctor here in Dubai connected us with Doctor Rachida to deal with my wifes digestive problems. We are very satisfied with the results. Always takes as much time as needed, never rushing, always willing to listen. I highly recommend her. She speaks many languages...I could recognize at least Arabic, French and Spanish on top of our lovely English language.

I had to leave before I see the doctor, I had an appointment and they kept me waiting for 1 hour.Very unprofessional team nobody even cared or apologized for the delay and when I asked the answer is in 5 minutes.Very bad experience I will never go back there.

Been one month and problem not diagnosed. Nausea turned into vomiting. The weird thing is doctor gave me vomiting tabs for 21 days. ..should I take that to mean she will not diagnose my problem until next one month???And even with an appointment expect to wait 40 minutes if you have an insurance like me which doesnt cover her clinic. She did give me time but what use is that when she doesnt even care about diagnose my problem. This was my experience at the clinic. Of course after all this I wont go back.
