My case was closed without solving and in the message I received it is mentioned both side agreed on conditions. However the shop where I purchase the phone with warranty didn’t repair, replace or refund. Keeping calling them and sending emails to reopen the case but already 4th month they are not able to solve the problem. Maximum they call the shop we scheduled the time but I still didn’t fix the phone! And if there is no follow up from DED for sure all the shops will act the same way. I spare my time and energy by keeping going at scheduled time but nothing is solved until now!

Just get reply from consumer right.Ms Khaliwa contact me after I wait for 1 week!”yella I don’t know they say it’s not their fault they say......”I have a issue in al ghandi auto service center for more than 3 months they screw me up.Think I could get some help from consumer right department while after this I will never contact anymore.Disappointed!She never ever ask my issue while I wait for more than 1 week.She just say “I don’t know Yella up to you bye!” Hopeless!
