Very rude drivers. If they say they will arrive in 20 mins then you better add 2 hrs on top of that. Worst delivery service. Look somewhere else

They dont take back their cylinders when you are leaving the country. Its very difficult to recoup your deposit back from them and you are left to the mercy of the delivery guys as head office does not want any involvement and the delivery guys know they have the last say!! Im sure they are breaking the law but there is nothing we can do about it.

يتوجب حظور طرف ثالث لتعبئة سلندر غاز البروبين لاستخدامات الكرفانات مثلا ولا يتم بيع الغاز للافراد نهائيا في حال احظار سلندرات الغاز بشكل شخصي. وانما يتوجب احظار الكرفان لدخولك الى المصنع للتعبئة. If you bring your propane cylinders (for RV use or cooking use) as an individual then they will not fill them up for you. A certified distributor must be available in the plant before 2pm to do it for you. Meaning a 3rd party must be present for you to get propane. Otherwise people are friendly and willing to help.

Small cylinder lasts 24 days. Is this the best or any other gas supplier is better lasting?

Terrible service!! I called them at 2pm and they informed me that they will come in 30 mins. The delivery guy came at 7pm. That is after 4 follow up calls. I dont recommend buying LPG from this company.

Good to refill RV motorhome by propane gas you need first to go into the cashier near main entrance and pay 500 Aed then move to next exit big tank come and refill motor home by gas

Worst service ever in Tecom, takes ages whereas the guy says 30mins...

I’ve been told to wait for 10 mins that ended up more than 3 hours! The delivery GUY for tecom area is so RUDE!!!!!. Poor service!!!
