Even if not exactly aligned to my taste, Marina is a benchmark in interior design. Sometimes I just browse the shop to get ideas and enrich my perspective. I love the antique furniture, its a reason themselves to visit the shop.

As an interior designer whom spends most of her days and night shopping and scouting around town for that perfect tray arrangement or hunting for a precise tone of brass ash tray - let me tell you, this is the place to be! Marina home has always had one of the best collections for decor, furniture and faux plants/ flowers. I have been buying from the store for the best 5 years+! They pretty much have everything you could need. However, to be fair, they have a certain style which is catered for through their furniture collections. Where as their accessories, artworks and decor furniture, speak a more universal and neutral language. The Umm squeem road shop, has always been one of my favorite spots. It is one of their largest shops yet in Dubai. It is two floors and has a section in the upper floor with the most leather-studded-vintage finds. The store had the largest collection I have seen by far - that any other branch. The staff are helpful and attentive. Also, don’t forget to shop for the seasonal decor of holidays from them. Wether you celebrate Ramdan and need star-sparking string or wether you celebrate Christmas and need a rain deer (yes, a rain deer), Marina homes will definitely have what you need! We had the most amazing experience at The Marina Home interiors at the Al Barsha Store. Our assistant yassir was one of a kind. very gentle paitent and yet extremely responsive. WE would reccommend his assitance very highly. His ideas also helped us make major descisions on purchasing almost our 90 percent home interior from the store. loved the furniture. Waiting for its arrival.

Great Furniture we liked the stuff that we purchased. I will rate the furniture 4/5. This review is for my experience with the service received from the sales / after sales team.Nutshell customer service is not reflective of the brand and the premium this store asks for.Store refuses basic delivery for heavy furniture (and most of their furniture is heavy) and expects buyer to arrange additional labour. Further conversations with sales supervisor exudes arrogance and non friendly behaviour.I hope Marina takes this feedback and improves on their service delivery.

I love their furniture. They have unique home decoration accessories. They are a bite pricey but when they have discount its worth to visit.

Pricey but good design and quality

I wish I can give less than even 1*, honestly not everything that shine from outside and pride of their quality is genuine, Marina furniture a leading in furniture within gulf has failed with their customer service and the after sale. They are worst ever I have seen compared to others in the same industry at the same level, try to reach out to THE ONE even after years of purchase they go above and beyond to serve you. The customer representative and her manager are the worst to deal with. I had complaint to DED and unfortunately they couldn’t do anything. I reported a default of one of the table after 5 days of delivery out of a purchase of 20K purchase they didn’t care even about their reputation. All proofs available. I was deceived and disappointed with their treatments. Yea nice shiny products but never buy expensive products from them as u will be very disappointed for spending this much if anything goes wrong since you won’t receive any fair solution.

Good Showroom, Furniture looks extremely nice under the lighting in their showroom. But please be very cautious, they really dont look that good once it arrives at your place , Very Poor Quality Materials. Extremely disappointed with the quality of their materials and its longevity. For the same price or lesser price, you could find high quality materials with Crate and Barrel , West Elm , Huzaifa, Pottery Barn etc

Very nice when all displayed in the showroom but extremely poor quality. Furniture sourced in cheap providers in China and Indonesia, selling 20 times more expensive in UAE. You might even find other cheaper the brands just selling the same as its not exclusive designed by or for them. Plus I will add the treatment to their employees is one of the worst Ive seen, incurring in illegal practices.

As much as I love their collection and the buying in store experience. They have a massive issue with their after sale. Zero integrity, just a bunch of guys dumping furniture. So enjoy shopping and be ready for the misery that follows

Be careful before you buy because they dont inform you that refunds are not possible not even before your items are delivered. Whats worse, they charge you 10% on your 6-month credit note, which you will not be able to use with discounted items.Shop your furniture in Crate&Barrel for a better customer service.

Great service from Mr Shiyan!We picked out some lovely pieces of furniture and as we were behind in finishing off our villa we had them delivered the very next day at the correct time and the men unpacking and placing the furniture couldn’t have been more professional or nicer. They were fantastic.We bought three bedrooms, a lounge and dining room of furniture.Marina aren’t the cheapest but their stuff is quality and the staff very professional. Thank you Marina Home

If you want to know the essence of Marina Home , there is a book at the store by Tom Oulton. After reading through the book , I could literally visualise the store with a completely different perspective.Every item in the store has a story to tell , it has a soothing and calming effect and an equally interactive and kind staff.This is definitely one of my favourite places !

The furniture and artificial flowers were excellent, there was little in the way of home decor, which I was looking for .So it was perfect for equiping a house with the essentials but unimaginative in its choice of personal items to give it character.

Terrible customer service. We were mis-sold a bed that was too large for our mattress despite being told by Marina Home it was the right size. They would not give us a refund, but eventually agreed to give us a 6 month credit note after we complained to the DED. We have stuck with western brands since - they value their customers.

The manager “Ahmer at the branch alquoz is really unprofessional and should not be customer facing.Wanted to buy a painting which was last piece on display and had an obvious scratch that was clear to anyone who would look. He just decided its not and was very rude about it.I would suggest Marina Home to train their employees on how to deal with people before they put them infront of customers.
